“I am someone that my mind is telling me to do the work myself and save the money, but as I have aged.. the body doesn't want the same thing. Cars and trucks have changed over time and sometimes that expertise, tools, and of course a nice workspace is needed. I have had Wise Automotive work on my car and my diesel truck. They have provided excellent service and both my car and truck issues were taken care of quickly. I would recommend them for any of my vehicles.”
“We were having a learning curve problem with our power cord in a Winnebago we bought from somewhere else. We pulled off the freeway hoping for a tip. They had a technician (Kalen?) come out and show us the correct way to plug it in. Nice!”

“Dean is remarkable- he really helped me out in a pinch. Broke down on I90 on a Sunday afternoon. Had to leave the car to catch a ride and Dean towed it to a local shop for repair without us being on site. Great communication, reasonably priced, honest guy. Highly recommend.”

“Darrell is an amazing Mechanic. He did a great job on my ram 2500. Took it in for an alignment and he ended up diagnosing other thing, and greasing some stuff for me. I had previously taken my truck to Les chwab for an alignment, yet my truck still drifted. Also, my steering wheel was not centered. Les chwab technitian told me they could not staigten the steering wheel, and that the drifting was a normar thing for there policy. When i picked up my truck from Derrels shop, the steering was perfectly centered and truck drove streight. I am definitally comming back any time i need service done on my truck. Apecially, when i comes to alignments, he is the person in town to take your rig too. Hope this helps anyone looking for a reliable and honest mechanic.”
“Called this location, gave them all the details scheduled a time and date. Within an hour I received a call letting me know they had a windshield in stock and could get me in right away. Dropped off my car and within a couple hours got a call to notify my that my car was ready! If you’re looking for a place to get a windshield installed I wouldn’t look any further. They were upfront honest and kept their quote that they gave me, Plus, they were super quick! Highly recommend would give more stars if I could.”
“I would totally recommend Jimi for anyone that is stuck in a untimely position, a nack for an informative experience with incredible customer service, and or just needs a great dependable hard working experienced mechanic that is willing to go above and beyond for you. He's your go to! I was at one point in a rather untimely predicament a few months back and he was able to come to me at my job site to replace a serpentine belt and did it with rather ease and quickness. I was back on the road soon after. His knowledge and friendly personality makes him a true person at his profession! Look to him for all your car needs he will work with you the whole way through. “CRG was absolutely amazing. We blew a turbo line connection on I-90 and limped into town, arriving around 6:15 a.m., nearly two hours before opening. A lead tech happened to be coming in early, he helped us check in and let us wait inside. Bear, the mechanic, also arrived early, pulled equipment out of the bay and started working on our 6.0L Excursion before the shop even opened. In under two hours we were back on the road.
Their professionalism, skill and kindness made all the difference. Thanks to them I had one of the most successful elk hunts ever, three big elk, including my youngest son’s first elk. We live outside Tacoma and I will be making the two hour drive to bring the truck back in for injector and head stud work in the spring. Highly recommended.”

“My girlfriend was traveling back from eastern washington , visiting her grandma in the hospital, she called me her car broke down, I suspected alternator. But im 4 hours away. I called karraker, Jessica was super nice quoted me on the phone the price. Recommended a tow company, we got towed there , they had it done so quickly. And shes now on her way home. So thankful for this place. Usually id just do it myself, but 4 hours away 3 kids and doing it roadside in the dark by the time I got there didnt seem like a viable option. “Ellensburg tire center is wonderful.
I have had some bad luck with tires lately and this crew of people has come to my rescue multiple times. They are very kind and considerate of their customers. I was broke the first time I had a tire pop and they were able to get me a good deal for a used set of tires. When I had a leaky valve stem they fixed it for free. I really recommend them!”

“We were passing through on our way to Seattle when we got a flat. We searched the nearest tire place to see if they can fix our tire as we couldn’t see why it got a flat. As soon as the guy looked at the tire, he saw the cut and said that they would work on it and if they can fix it they will put it back on since we put our spare on the car. They were able to patch it and sent us on our way without having to pay. The guys there were so nice and helpful that if I lived in Ellensburg, Commercial Tire would be the place I would go to for fast and friendly service!!!!!!”

“I had to replace The bumper on my Audi Q5 recently due to a rear ending. Dealing with Allstate was an absolute nightmare, but the owners of pro star collision, Justin and Staci, were extremely professional and patient as I navigated getting my insurance to pay for the entirety of the repair. The replacement bumper looks amazing and my car was given back to me in brand new condition. The interior and exterior of my car was completely detailed beautifully!
