“Great family-owned store, and I would highly recommend stopping in. Lots of customer service ready to help. Easy to find items. You can really tell they take pride in what they do and provide a great experience for their customers.”
“Excellent customer service! Ordered a smoker/bbq from this location and I didn't bring any tie downs because I didn't think it came pre assembled. They didn't hesitate to give me a free set of ratchet straps and helped me load it! Thank you Ellensburg Ace hardware! I'll be back..”
“Prices were great and they are always helpful over the phone. During Covid stuff they set stuff out front for me to pickup so I would get it on time. I really appreciate it.”
“I'm in here at least 2 times a week and sometimes more. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Prices are a little high but that's ok, saves a trip to Yakima and they've got a decent inventory”

“Compelled to offer a 5 star rating to Sabrina. I was installing some underground plumping requiring very specific components and techniques. Sabrina knew exactly what was required and made sure I avoided common mistakes. Impressed!!!”
