It's been a while since I've been there, but I have ALWAYS found friendly, polite, courteous, and helpful staff; and the store is very well supplied. It's the "go-to" place for office, art, & student supplies anywhere near Ellensburg!

The employees were nice and they were quick to help locate items. The store had a lot of art supply and hobby stuff in there. It will be my go to hobby store. Just wish they had more rc stuff then just Traxxs

There is always someone ready to point me towards the section where I will find what I'm looking for, or look something up in the catalog if it's not in stock. Excellent customer service!
