The staff was very helpful and let me try a variety of styles and sizes and suggesting different lacing techniques for fussy feet. I had specific questions about a brand and Tami kindly took time to assist me.I once worked in a family-owned ski/sports shop in a high-end resort in Colorado. “I was in the midst of rebuilding my sks, when I struggled to remove the rear iron sight. I did what anyone would do, you tube. The darn thing was just stubborn and wouldn't come off. I took the part down to Kittitas County Trading Co to see if maybe they could help. Dropped it off in the morning and in no time they called saying it was ready to pick up, done. Im very greatful for the help.”
