430 Klocke Rd, EllensburgThe owners were so friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Felt totally comfortable leaving our two rowdy boys for a week. On arrival you could tell they've had many years experience working with dogs. It was nice to know and see they were not confined in crates and were able to play. Will definitely be using this kennel again!

30 Broadview Rd, EllensburgWe have been going to Cindy for around 15 years and she is fabulous both with my dogs and my own schedules. Anyone complaining about her not being open all the time was a very bad year or so for her as she lost her husband unexpectedly and had to work through her grieving process. Those of us that knew her and her husband just backed off a little and gave her the time she needed. She is a lovely lady and a friend now and she is doing well and very busy back to work. My dogs just love her and she does a fabulous job with them so for those of you that have left negative reviews please allow some Grace to others around you if you don't know their situation. Valley Veterinary Hospital
2090 Vantage Hwy, EllensburgThis review is for their boarding services. It is the only place that I can find that boards cats. We have used them several times now. So far they have all came back healthy. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have always talked about how the cats behaved during their stay. Cat boarding is about $30 per cat per day.

We recently brought home our terrier mix, Fenrir, from the shelter and he began displaying some severe leash aggression, reactivity and other poor behavioral traits that was making it unbearable to take him anywhere outside of the house, leading to poor behaviors inside of the house (destruction, chewing, biting, barking, etc.). A dog is a long term commitment, so imagining spending the next 10-15 years with these behaviors was hard to come to terms with. Thankfully, we met Cody and decided on the stay and train package where he spent two weeks at the facility, and four follow up day training sessions. Fenrir just “graduated” today and is a changed dog! We’ve seen a complete 180 on his reactivity, and his leash manners are beyond what we could’ve dreamed of for him. The discipline and communications skills they’ve given Fenrir has made him a happier and more confident dog who will now get to be a full participant in our lives.
I am so grateful for the care and attention Cody and Gungho gave Fenrir, I cannot wait to be a customer of theirs for many years and dogs to come!

409 N Ruby St, EllensburgI forget if I already reviewed years ago, but I wanted to make sure I keep raving about how great this place is. : ) It’s such a treat to drive up, order & have a quick friendly chat with the owner that makes my day, and have the most delicious tuna melt on wheat you’ll ever eat, delivered to my car window when I’m on the go. Margo the owner, is the sweetest person, hands my three dogs treats everytime, sells me easy on the pumpkin chocolate dessert right out of the oven I see through the window, and she makes THE MOST AMAZING SOUPS!! Butternut squash spinach soup is my favorite. Or maybe the split pea. Crunchy salty potato chips are the best that come with the sando. Staff is always super friendly & service is always fast (as fast as one little tiny kitchen can keep up with drive through & walk up orders! I usually go later in the afternoon and avoid the rush, but have only waited 10 minutes or so at the longest!) Keep up the great work you guys and thank you for feeding me good healthy food when I don’t have time to make it myself, just want to treat myself, or am busy on the go!

The pizza was delicious, and who I believe to be the owner who took our order was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We have an employee who is vegan, and he went out of his way to help—he even made one of the pizzas half cheese so they could join in, and then included an additional vegan pizza on the house just to make sure they were taken care of. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the genuine care they showed really stood out. We’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

The beer and drink selection is good but definitely very small town college bar.
The best part of this place is the fact that it's a welcoming small town institution that remains a constant in a changing world. Worth a stop if you are in town.

Beef on the burger is very delicious, and from what I understand, locally sourced from Yakima! It was very flavorful, and the portion of steak fries was very generous. 1709 Canyon Rd #2, EllensburgOn a road trip heading east when I started feeling a coffee crash. Since I'm driving, we can't have that! Strolling into Ellensburg, we came across this coffee stand. I can honestly say that it's a gem! They nailed my drink! It was a perfect vanilla blueberry latte, half flavors with oat milk. The girls were kind too! I would absolutely recommend stopping here!
