90 Graber Road, SelahI just had my dog in for grooming - they did a good job with the grooming and followed the instructions I gave. These are very nice folks who care about your furbabies and treats them well. However, the administrative side of the business needs attention. I had scheduled an appointment via FB Messenger on July 21st for an appointment on August 15th (I took time off work for this appointment). When I arrived for my appointment it had not been written down and my only option was to take another day off work and run back over from West Valley to North Selah. When I arrived the next day for my appointment and showed them the message string for my first appointment, it was acknowlegded that it was her message with me, but no appology nor offer to discount my first grooming experience with them for all the inconvenience. My second issue is that it was never communicated that they did not take cards - only cash or checks. I do not wish to discourage you from using their service, just be aware that you, the client, are going to have to take all the responsibility for communication and making sure your appointment is written down in their appointment book. I have chosen to find myself another groomer much closer to home.

Our 7 yr old blue point Siamese on a Sunday started wobbling, falling over, turning his head to both sides, staring at nothing, totally lethargic something obviously was wrong! No vet in this town would see him Monday morning not even his normal vet! I called here they got him right in! After numerous tests, loving care the Dr thought he got into something toxic she did more testing and discovered he had blood cancer. Devastating news! The ONLY vet I will ever go to and highly suggest you too
