Ellensburg Kennels
430 Klocke Rd, EllensburgThe owners were so friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Felt totally comfortable leaving our two rowdy boys for a week. On arrival you could tell they've had many years experience working with dogs. It was nice to know and see they were not confined in crates and were able to play. Will definitely be using this kennel again!

Pet Sitting & Training
Gungho Dog Training
841 Cowboy Ln, EllensburgOh my goodness, how much can I say after a few classes with Cody & Micah, & two board & train sessions with our Great Dane, Bruno. We also ordered the online course when initially met them. We struggled with crate & potty training from the gate. We were told that he was both when we received him, but clearly not. After 2 weeks of trying to do this on our own, right when my daughter was about to give up, & after investing a few thousand into him, I saw these stellar reviews here & we went to a class with Cody. Shortly after, he took Bruno for almost a month & returned him crate & potty trained. We were relieved! Able to sleep! Then in Nov ‘23 we brought him back for round 2 of the board & train program. He is sooo amazing now! He listens! It’s like night & day! He was pulling my waif of a daughter around prior & now he walks with her & next to her. I would say from 100% difficult level, he’s an honest 90% EASY level now. My daughter is no longer giving up & we learned some extremely valuable tools from Cody & always utilize them since Bruno completed his last month with him. He always answers questions & does follow-ups with us. It is all so worth it. Don’t give up on your babies if you need help. I highly suggest Gungho Dog Training… & get the help that you & your dog deserve. I’m so very grateful to have found them & for the fact that my daughter went from wanting to throw in the towel one day to excited to using their tools… I don’t know what kind of magic Cody did on Bruno but was it ever worth it! They covered other areas as well on topics that we never even thought of & we implemented them as soon as Bruno came home & they work! We know that WE have to continue to do the work that we were taught, but it’s so worth it in the end for us & Bruno. We’re definitely going to use some on our 3 1/2 & 7 year old dogs as well. Important: * We know that Bruno was loved as they told us how they care for the dogs who are trained with them. You can see how much in the way that they speak without aggression & rather with a firm kindness. I can see the way that Bruno loves these two & looks at them with a fondness. We are so lucky to have these two… The kindest people that you will ever meet. So valuable in our community {and outside of our community} & with not just our dogs, but us as clients. Thank you for everything, Cody & Micah!

1621 Vantage Hwy, EllensburgAmazing brewery... All three servers: Nevada, Ashley, Claire will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and treat you like family/long time friend. I don't think you can go wrong or find a better brewery in the area.OHHHH and it gets better! They now serve in addition to beer, hard cider and wine!!! Whipsaw Brewing
704 N Wenas St, EllensburgGreat beers. A quick stop on our trip and very pleased with it. We each had a taster set and a pint of our favorite after. Wife even picked up a six pack. The little food truck/trailer was very good. The wings were tasty and very meaty. Onion rings were good. The staff, I didn't catch her name, was very friendly and helpful. Kind and considerate. Great little place to taste some tasty brews. Missed a star because of the excess amount of flies.

Campus U-Tote-Em
810 E University Way, Ellensburgneat little spot with a great, no frills burger. it reminded me of drive-in burgers that I had growing up in South Carolina (though that might have been the mustard talking).baskets (burger + fries) is around $15 which isn't bad. burger is a decent size, and the fries are a generous portion.there's enough parking in their lot or nearby on the street. interior is a bit small, but there are plenty of benches, some covered, some in the sun, surrounding the property.oh, and the bathroom is single stall, which is a huge plus.really good overall, and worth a stop if you find yourself needing a quick lunch in Ellensburg

Dutch Bros Coffee
1800 Canyon Rd, EllensburgThe folks at Dutch bros are super friendly. The drinks are delicious and the staff are quick to make recommendations if you're not exactly sure what you want to drink. My dreamy husband's favorite drink is the large iced Golden Eagle with almond milk. I usually get a sugar-free iced Rebel with sugar-free Raspberry flavor and add Birthday sprinkles (because sprinkles are for winners), but sometimes I splurge on a white chocolate mocha with mint. Every drink is a winner ?

Cornerstone Pie
307 E 5th Ave, EllensburgOur son who is studying Anthropology at Central Washington University invited us up to have pizza with him. He had taken his partner the week before and was so enamored of the place he wanted us to experience it. My son and wife split a half and half pizza hot honey one side and sausage and fennel on the other. I had an amazing steak and mushroom grinder that I would absolutely order again. They have a full bar and my whiskey sour was on point. We also happened to show up on trivia night and I unashamedly destroyed everyone in the superhero category. If you are in Eberg I absolutely recommend eating here.
