They were beyond helpful, and really insightful even for a trailer they didn't sell.Later, I asked them if I could leave the trailer on their lot for a period between camping trips. They said no problem, and gave me a great price for doing so. In that period, freezing weather was coming and I hadn't weatherized my trailer. “Small town locations are much better! I had to stop here on my way to Tacoma from Spokane because something was wrong. Turned out my tires were literally coming apart at the seams. I had been in to 2 or 3 different Les Schwab locations in Western Washington but was told by every one of them that they couldn't even look at my car for at least 4 hours. I mean, what happened? I remember when Les Schwab would take care of customers with small problems right away and get them back on the road promptly. My past experience with Les Schwab was that if you need a flat repair or air added, they would fit you in and get you moving. Now you need an appointment for a flat repair? What is this world of non-existent customer service coming too? I was pleasantly surprised by this Ellensburg location because even though they were way busier than I expected them to be, they helped me and did so with respect and courtesy in a timely fashion. I needed four brand new tires mounted and balanced and an alignment and they took care of me. Since then, I have been back for more work because I would rather drive 2 plus hours from my home to be treated like a valued customer than to wait 4 plus hours in my own town just to be treated like my business does not matter. If you like to use Les Schwab for your tires, brakes, suspension etc... I recommend making the trip to Ellensburg where you will experience customer service the way it should be.”
