“I can’t say enough good things about D & M Automotive! My alternator quit while I was driving on I-90, leaving me stranded and needing a tow. I had my vehicle towed to D & M, arriving around noon, and Sam was absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked in.
Despite the unexpected repair and short notice, Sam was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem, replace the alternator, and have me back on the road by 5:30 PM — all in the same day! What really stood out was that Sam even stayed late so I could pick up my vehicle and get back on the road.
When you’re stranded on the side of the highway, you really appreciate a shop that treats you like a person instead of just another customer. Sam went above and beyond to make a stressful situation as easy as possible.

“I had to replace The bumper on my Audi Q5 recently due to a rear ending. Dealing with Allstate was an absolute nightmare, but the owners of pro star collision, Justin and Staci, were extremely professional and patient as I navigated getting my insurance to pay for the entirety of the repair. The replacement bumper looks amazing and my car was given back to me in brand new condition. The interior and exterior of my car was completely detailed beautifully!
