University Park Place is an apartment complex with great and accommodating management. The staff are nice and professional. The appliances and laundry facilities are functional but need updating. Parking can be difficult, and noise from upstairs can be an issue. However, it is generally a trouble-free place to live with recent improvements like better dumpster pick-up reducing outside trash. Residents express happiness to have a roof over their head and faith in the complex's future.

Overall a great place to live, especially as a student at the college. The only thing I think needs some work is the efficiency of maintenance requests, as they do take longer than expected to be completed.

Lived here 20 + years. Never had any kind of trouble around here. Everyone works here are nice and professional. One of the best things done this summer, is they finally went with dumpster pick up from the garbage company. Hardly anymore trash around the outside of the dumpsters anymore. .
