Just a few months ago I started an account with Key bank because they offered a new account incentive and I was so feed up with another bank in town. I am so pleased with Key Bank !!!! Excellent customer service, always friendly and efficient. They actually answer the phone and talk with their customers. Recommend Highly!

From what I've experienced, for a small town, the lines here are big city long. I'm not going to dock them any stars though because the staff is really friendly, and does everything in their power to get you in and out ASAP.
