The customer service here is top notch. I love that they have all of the addresses I have mail something to previously is in their database as a part of my file. I appreciate providing a name and they've got the reat down. Mail Express has a small selection of office supplies, a large selection of shipping containers, several types of shipping tape, as well as a selection of greeting cards for any occasion or no occasion at all. I like to see what new cards they have each time I nees to mail something. I believe they offer gift wrapping service and last but not least: they keep a little candy bowl on the counter with delightful candies of different varieties (jolly ranchers, dum dums, etc.) for customer to enjoy while there. One of the most amazing businesses in town. I had to send very important documents to a government agency and the address was strange. The ladies there helped me figure it out and everything was delivered safe and sound. I highly recommend mail express for any of your mailing or shipping needs

I’ve been in here probably on 10 different occasions and can’t say once I have been able to be helped. Unsure of what this business is for…?
I’ve tried sending several things out of here at different points and always told they don’t do that…I go elsewhere for what I need now usually, but the real reason for the review is the customer service, I don’t think I’ve ever had a friendly experience in there ever. Today was the worst by far, I was instructed by the UPS supervisor to send a box from there giving me their address. I was told that I could not send it from there, while explaining what I was told the UPS driver walked in, he gave me some insight that maybe I should try the post office, while asking a question they both just walked in the back and left me out there. I will not be trying here again in the future. Left still unsure what this business is actually for…

Very rude customer service. I have no idea how they are in business. I remember this place during Covid times. Where no one wore a mask and the owner got fined and started a GoFund me page. I never went inside as soon as I saw them not wearing a mask. Fast forward to today of me finally walking in, and man was I disappointed. Very snotty employees who work here. They talk down to their customers and smirk about. This place needs a new owner with new employees. Better yet, needs to get shut down.

If you have another choice... Go there. These people do not care if your fax Gets there or not. Just tried to tell them their fax machine isn't Working and the woman who answered the phone said it was fine. The fax was such poor quality I have to go fax it again. Just go to Safeway for your fax needs.

I have a private mailbox here. It's a pretty good rate compared to elsewhere. I have seen some comments on here about rudeness. I've never personally experienced that, they've always been reasonably friendly to me.I also have seen comments on here implying they only get five stars from people who supported their protest against mask mandates.I'm someone who is pro-mask and pro-vaccine and disagreed with such protests, but I'm still giving them five stars. Why? Because I get a private mail box for a decent price and the service is reasonably friendly. I'm a happy customer. Keep up the good work.
