My wife and I stopped by and asked to change a $20 dollar bill for two rolls of quarters and were told they couldn't help us since we aren't customers. My wife is a former employee and her mother retired from U.S. Bank after 30 plus years of service. That's the last time I deal with them for anything.

I work as a barista and bank with us bank. I regularly go in to get change for my tips. Usually they just ask for my debit card to see that I bank with them. This time the lady at the counter started interrogating me very rudely asking where I work and what I needed the change for. Never have I had such a bad interaction at my bank. I will NOT be going back

Perhaps the worst customer service I've encountered in my life. Client consultant was aggressive, argumentative and dismissive - will never step foot in this branch again. Family has been customers since 1992

What can you say about a bank? They are pretty much all the same, providing the same services. But from the get-go, this local branch of US Bank has been good to me. Always friendly, always cheerful, always professional, always eager to help. I'm an ornery old curmudgeon, very little money stashed in this bank. Plus, I get free senior checking...they don't make a dime from me. Heck, they might actually lose money providing services for me. But they don't seem to mind or take that into account. They are aces in my book.

Stole $888.00 for months and will not budge. Police cant arrest a corporation, I've tried! Crooks! Thieves!!! I'm calm just trying to get this resolved. I am a business owner and mistakes happen. But this is robbery!!!!!!
