Use dhl for international shipping. Mailed package to China with usps, months later package still has not arrived. Shipped identical package with dhl and was delivered immediately.

Worst experience, Never answer calls, When they do your told to wait for up to a hour while they don't even care to pick up the phone again, Very lazy people who should find a new career if they can't assist in basic tasks where they currently work.

Doing the best they can daily!! Especially hard when package volumes are up, and their understaffed at times.
