If they make a mistake on your prescription, and u leave the store or drive-thru with it...... they will neither take it back or refund you. BE VERY CAREFUL using this place. Study the medication bottle extremely well before walking out. Or better yet..... go somewhere else.

I’ve discovered an interesting phenomenon. Rating is more “general” than THIS store. But between TWO states, I have found this.
Necco’s! Almost EVERY time I get them from Walgreens, at a higher price than everyone else, they r always shards! I swear they take the boxes and just throw them against the wall. BOTH in AZ and WA. I don’t understand why that is, but I’m done. They r way to expensive with everything else anyways, and always have been and never had anything but issues with their pharmacies. There r way too many other options out there

UNPROFESSIONAL!! Doesn't answer phones, holds prescriptions from people and discriminates who they sell necessary prescriptions to based on insurance type, even when paying out of pocket. A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY CEO OF BIG PHARMA ARE BEING TAKEN OUT!

We had to get flu shots for our girls here, the women working there were beyond incredible, helping our 5yr old calm down and comforting her. Thank you.

Had a really uncomfortable infection and needed my prescription filled quickly. Drove to the window around 7pm and the pharmacists were nice enough to fill my prescription before closing. They were fast, prompt and direct about my care. If you want care that's empathetic and fast for your needs, I recommend this pharmacy over the rest in the Enumclaw area.

Edited to add: This is still happening multiple times a month where they tell her to come in because it's ready and then it just isn't. This last time they said it was because their system was hacked a few weeks ago but that doesn't account for the last year of them giving her false information.
This rating is for the pharmacy, the rest of the store is great. For months my disabled mother has been receiving texts from the pharmacy that her medication is ready for pickup. Going anywhere is a struggle for her. She or I will get to the pharmacy to have them tell us her medication is out of stock or they are waiting on insurance and to come back. Why tell people it's ready when it's not? One time we even called to check and the lady on the phone said it was ready. Got there about 30 minutes later and they said they were out of stock.

First of all this store is very understaffed. I spent an average of one hour in line waiting for my prescription for the first time switching from Safeway pharmacy to Walgreens because of the location but it was a mistake. The phone access to Walgreens is ridiculous. You can’t even talk to anyone for at least 10 to 30 minutes. You’re on hold I do not recommend Walgreens to anyone!

I stopped in here to see if I could get a flu shot. They were too busy, and just ignored me as I waited at the window for vaccinations. I left, and went to Walmart, where I waited a few seconds. It was busy, but they were better equipped to handle more patients.

Had a prescription sent to them by the ER at the hospital that I needed right away. Took me 3 days to get it filled. They're always 'running late'. They either need more help or more efficient help. Very disappointed. Never had this problem before at this store but they need to get it shaped up!

Went to Walgreens to get my second shingles shot since Rite Aid is closed. I was told I had to schedule an appointment online. I tried that. They have no appointments open for the next month within 25 miles of me by the time I get an appointment at Walgreens, I have to start all over again
