“We were on a cross country trip with our travel trailer. Camped overnight in Coulee City only to find a flat tire on my van in the morning(from a big screw puncturing a hole in the tire....I tried several plugs myself but couldn't get it to seal. A local mechanic suggested Les Schwab tire center in either Grand Coulee or Ephrata...We opted to drive to Ephrata arriving an hour before they closed. They were very busy but took the tire in for repair. When I came back to pick up my tire a half hour later I was totally shocked to hear the salesman say the repair was complimentary...NO CHARGE...Incredible, I couldn't believe it...We were able to return to our campsite 35 miles away and put the repaired tire back on the van......long story short we continued on our journey with a van pulling a 5,000 lb travel trailer. Almost 12,000 miles later we arrived back home in Maryland...Not one issue with the repaired tire. I've told many folks along the way of the great service at the Ephrata Les Schwab Tire Center...I greatly appreciate their help and repair. Highly recommend their business !!!!”
