“Have a ford fusion hybrid. A/C suddenly stopped working. I've heard good things about this place so I gave them a shot. Turns out the condenser had a hole in it. They replaced it and recharged the a/c same day. So far it's working well again. They were easy to deal with and great service even on short notice. Only complaint I have is it was a little expensive. Like $700. Not really there fault though. Parts and labor aren't cheap these days and nobody works for free. Glad to have the car back blowing cold again though it's been in the 90's and getting hotter 🥵. Will be taking my truck in also very soon!”

And the Moses lake location exceeded my expectations in customer service, kindness respectfulness and hospitality. Veronica was very informative as well as the techs about telling me I was quoted wrong and they did a very thorough analysis of my car to make sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and what was wrong with my car. Jayden was extremely helpful, he gave me a ride to work and made sure my car was taken care of in a fast manner and even set up a delivery of my car to my work so they made sure I had my car with me before I got off work… all I gotta say is WOW thank you guys I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“I was traveling alone in my 1986 Winnebago Motorhome with my pets leaving from Bainbridge Island WA going to Denver CO to see my family at Christmas. My alternator went out and this man had to really work to find a new one for it . He was the most gracious blessing!!! He took such good care of me. If it were not for him I would not have made it. He got me back on the road as fast as he could and allowed me to park overnight in his lot waiting for the part to arrive the next morning . He dropped everything for me and worked quickly and efficiently to get me taken care of. His was HONEST and his price was WAY less than I expected!!!!! WHAT AN EARTH ANGEL !!!!! He did an amazing job and treated me with so much kindness. He renewed my faith in the auto mechanic world for sure!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MECHANIC !!!!! They listened to what had happened, were incredibly empathetic, performed a regeneration and full diagnostic check, confirmed everything was working properly, and sent us on our way with no charge. Their kindness, professionalism, and honesty completely turned our day around. We are so grateful for the outstanding service and highly recommend this dealership.”

“With family and friends in-tow on the way from Seattle to Couer d'Alene, our check engine light came on. We called Donny near Ellensburg and he was so helpful. Not only did he answer the phone and help us get a diagnostic (at a local O'Reilly's), he and his brother Daniel were willing to help us find parts and get them installed the same day. Donny shuttled us to and from their shop in Moses Lake and we spent a few hours eating dinner and enjoying the town while they made the repairs. They finished in a few hours and we were on our way before dark - our vacation spared a major tragedy. Thank you Donny and Daniel for staying after hours to help our family start a wonderful vacation.”

I need a u-bolt for my boat lift. I looked everywhere and couldn't find them. They ordered the straight threaded material and bent them into u-bolts. They worked perfectly.

“Daniel’s towing serviced my Outback as he is a Suburu Specialist. Engine was resealed, with new head gaskets, spark plugs, transmission converter, cooling hoses, and water pump (at my request since the engine was pulled). They found a few other issues that needed to be fixed while the engine was out, and worked to save costs on replacement parts.
The engine was so clean—it looked brand new. A follow up visit was scheduled after 500 miles to check for leaks. They were very thorough, professional, communicative, and pleasant. I was thrilled not to have to take it out of town for this. They have also serviced our Chevy Silverado and are very knowledgeable!”
