Brought in a top hat (obviously NOT purchased there) for stretching. They did a fantastic job, and even cleaned it. Looks better then when I bought it, and all for a VERY reasonable price.
And their selection (I browsed while I waited) is vast. I know where I'm going for my next pair of boots and hat.
Can't recommend these people high enough!

Wow. What an experience. I think it was the manager, was extremely helpful in assisting me in the choice of hat to get. I am a fairly newbie when it comes to cowboy apparel, but he was more than eager to assist my needs and make adjustments.
Very impressed. Will be back when I’m in the area.

Would love to buy some boots if they ever opened. On two different occasions now I've waited for an hour after they claimed to open and it was still dark inside. Unfortunate.

Needed bolo ties. They had a good selection and some nicer ones too. The store is very pleasant and well kept.

Needed new boots. I was immediately greeted and customer service was excellent. They helped me find a new pair in my price range and strange shoe size in no time. Extremely knowledgeable.

The store has really nice, boutique feel. When you walk in, that satisfying aroma of leather… wall to wall full of merchandise. If you’re a guy, a really nice selection of cowboy boots, hats, and western wear. Not much for women. I was looking for cowboy boots for line dancing, but not a single pair in my size, very limited styles. I was a little disappointed, but clearly not the target demographic.
