Everyone there is super nice and knowledgeable. I went in to get my boots heat molded and the experience was awesome, the boots turned out perfect, they helped me with product recommendations, and they were quick to help me out. I also bought some bindings which ended up not working with my board due to the bolt pattern so I brought them back in the next day and they quickly helped me choose bindings that would fit my needs and exchanged them for me regardless of a slight price difference, no extra charge. I always recommend to all my skier/snowboarder friends to go there and check them out. They’re a ten all around!

I’m always treated well here. For over 20-years my repairs have been turned around quickly, I can’t imagine buying anywhere else. All budgets are considered in their stock and will happily order what they don’t carry.

Awesome place, stop by get a bike and get out to connect with nature while getting your much needed exercise without beating up your joints! These guys will set you up with whatever you need to feel better, and burn calories!

An unplanned stop at Everett store on my way to Bellingham led to a conversation with Connor, a young associate passionate about all things mountain biking and snowboarding. Before leaving, he pointed me towards a Lib Tech Orca board and suggested I speak with his colleague David, the snowsports expert, during the week. I managed to ring him, whom to my pleasant surprise, really took the time and trouble to share his views. These two encounters left a lasting impression. I was back in the shop a week later chatting with David in person. He patiently talked me through the various boards, riding style and terrain. This man knows his stuff! I very happily picked up a Gnu Gremlin and a set of Bent Metal Transfers. David and Connor are a credit to the Bicycle Centres of Everett, giving off an amazing local bike/snowboard shop vibe. Am super envious of the Everett folk for having a gem in their town, and would look to support the family-owned business a heck of a lot more if I didn’t live in Singapore!

They got my bike running tip top shape after being in storage for wayyyyy too long.
Solid selection of apparel, bikes, and parts/consumables. Love having a good bike shop nearby.

Visited the Shop in Snohomish when my derailer hanger snapped off. Took a while to fix due to parts shortages but, super friendly. Then I went to get some tubes at the Everett Location yesterday not knowing they were the same. Super knowledgeable staff (Cody?) took a ton of time with me to talk about different bike options, bike computers, and mountain bikes. I feel confident that I will likely buy my next bike from Bicycle Centers!
