“Great experience! No one likes to be in a car accident, but my experience here was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.
I was rear-ended in I-5. Not a ton of damage, but enough that I needed a bit of body work. They got me in for an estimate within a couple of days of me calling. The estimate was done in about 15 minutes. After that, they got me in for an appointment in less than a week. I dropped the car off for the body work on a Monday, and they kept me updated with timeline and how it would depend on getting parts, but gave expected timelines for those. They expected the work would be done a week later (parts were all expected the following Monday) but they were done sooner than that (Friday of the same week).
They were slightly more responsive than my insurance company (USAA), which was nice. (I should add this was a couple of weeks after two major hurricanes demolished the east coast, so not surprising with insurance). Overall, lots of quick communication, via text and phone call, and a great experience!

“We have had our windshield for 1 vehicle put in here, and another vehicle checked out for windshield leaks. We spoke with Rudy on the phone and set up an appointment. When we arrived ,we called the number on the door, as requested. Rudy and 2 other men came out to take a quick look. We returned a couple of hours later to pick up the vehicle. Both times were very good experiences. They are all very professional, engaging, and know what they are doing. Thanks for taking care of our windshield and windshield safety checks!!! “I had a very great experience with auto glass fitters ! I have never gotten my windshield replaced and they were the best priced place I could find in my area and they are a mobile service so they came to my house. I called to schedule an appointment and they scheduled me in and told me that someone will call me between 9am-6 to come to my house and replace the windshield. He called me at 9am and was there at 11:30am. He finished in a timely fashion and was on his way ! Loved it! Highly recommended! 10/10 service .Service: Auto windshield replacement”
