“When my son was in a wreck, we took his car to Gerber based on insurance and Google suggestions. They did such an incredible job so when I was hit from behind (on I5) by a guy with no insurance, I immediately knew where to go! The receptionists were so friendly, knowledgeable of insurance and car restoration, and acted as a contact between myself and my insurance claim adjusters. My car was able to be scheduled immediately from the time I went in to ask questions and talk about my “what ifs” to when it was complete and they walked me through the pictures of everything that was completed. They finished on time, kept me apprised of the details of both my car and what was happening with my insurance adjuster, and didn’t even bat an eye when I had to run back in later to get the garage door openers I had accidentally forgotten in there before handing them my keys. My car was returned to me as if nothing had ever happened, clean inside and out, and with a full tank of gas.
I hope I never need body and trim work done again, but if I do, Gerber is a great place, and I will definitely recommend them to others!”
