Chase Bank is a mega-bank with some fees, but this branch provides simple interactions and respects customers' time. Overall, Chase Bank is a better choice compared to other banks, with a positive experience for customers. The staff are amazing and make customers smile.

Love this bank so much especially since I've been going here since I was a little girl I got my first card at this bank when I turned 15 with my mom and I had an amazing experience here especially with the staff special shout out to Ariana you rock

The staff here is so kind and informative. I've always had prompt and simple interactions with the clerks at the front desk and their manager, Gus, is always so helpful and respects my time. Chase is a mega-bank with some fees I don't love, but this branch does well with providing quality service.
