“We had a very unusual issue with my disabled mom's account. She has aphasia from a stroke 11 year ago, and her account got locked. Since she can not confirm things over the phone clearly, we had to go to to ask them to add me, her daughter and caregiver, access to speak on her behalf. “From the second I walked into this Branch, Everyone made me feel so welcomed, appreciated, and a priority. Michelle introduced herself right when I walked in, and luckily I had an appointment set with her already. She sat me down and explained everything in detail and answered all of my many questions and concerns. She was so incredibly personable, respectful, professional, and kind, and made the whole process fun and exciting, even though when I arrived I was a little nervous.

“After weeks of my wife noticing an issue with her account. Our local branch couldn't decipher the problem. The 800 number people helped some. So with no real resolution we stopped in to the Everett Financial Center. We began the quest of a solution. The third associate Mimi Sae Thang was very professional, without being dismissive she calmly listened and asked more questions uncovering the issue. She took the time to research what was going on. She was thorough, at one point she excused herself to ask her team member Lynette for more clarification. Mimi soon discovered the solution to my wife's issue.
