“I highly recommend Everett Downtown Storage on Hewitt to anyone needing a storage unit in the Everett area. We rented a 10x15’ unit for almost two years while we were having a house built on a small island in Puget Sound, and our belongings were always safe and secure in their clean and well-maintained storage facility. The staff members are so kind and helpful, and I especially appreciate all the times I needed to email or call Anne or Sheree to ask a question or to let them know something with our timeline changed, because every time they went above and beyond in terms of outstanding customer service. While we’re glad to have all of our belongings moved in to our new home, we both feel sad to say goodbye to Everett Storage on Hewitt. Thank you for everything over the past almost two years, and we’ll send anyone we know who needs storage your way!”

I just recently started with them but its been nothing but the best experience from the get go , excellent space close to the elevator. AND YOU CANT BEAT THE PRICE ! The only thing id like is if they had more of the dollys cuz theres only a couple of them. Other than that id give 100 stars if i could ✨”
“I highly recommend renting from Anthem! I did a lot of research before I rented from them, and they definitely had the best reviews in the area. I rented a 15'x5' storage space here for almost a year while I prepped my house for sale and I never had any issues. I'm a single woman and often visited to drop off and pick up stuff by myself. I always felt safe, and the office staff is very helpful and friendly. All areas were clean and tidy, no bugs or pests, and there was little dust to sweep out of my unit when I left, so it's not a huge wind tunnel in there lol! I've removed items from other storage facilities before and my boxes were so dusty and dirty, but that didn't happen here. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience.”
“Hi I'm just writing to say coming from out of town and moving to another town can be stressful..as I'm staying in a hotel can be pretty spendy I need a storage that was close but helpful to my needs .I found smart stop storage and clicked it right away . When I came to the store to finish my paper work and get my storage.i found TJ very helpful . When I get stressed out I talk fast but he made me feel comfortable with a smile and laughter. The day of the move went off without any issues, it was smooth and without stress! The crew worked efficiently and with care. “I rent there currently. The neighborhood is filled with nice people that report any weird activity. The big storage rooms, that are not gated, are 24hours. I do a lot of buying and selling on the internet and it's nice being able to stop in anytime and check my merchandise. “Great service on Pick up and delivery. Be aware if they are really busy they will change your delivery times and it will take you hours to talk to someone to get it worked out. With that being said, customer service was excellent. Cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. They did give discount because of issues. Would use again.”

“Recently the storage units have been sold and rebotten by new owners who intend to keep the place a storage facility with new upgrades in security and paint. You can only rent a unit if you pay by check or money order they do not accept cash”

The place is beautiful inside and out clean and she even has hand cart that will move heavy duty stuff”
