“I came in looking to transfer my belongings from another storage company. I wasn't quite sure about the size I needed for my things. William was amazing and very patient with all my questions and concerns. We were able to look at quite a few different units before deciding on one that would work best and I was able to rent the unit I wanted today.”
“I highly recommend Everett Downtown Storage on Hewitt to anyone needing a storage unit in the Everett area. We rented a 10x15’ unit for almost two years while we were having a house built on a small island in Puget Sound, and our belongings were always safe and secure in their clean and well-maintained storage facility. The staff members are so kind and helpful, and I especially appreciate all the times I needed to email or call Anne or Sheree to ask a question or to let them know something with our timeline changed, because every time they went above and beyond in terms of outstanding customer service. While we’re glad to have all of our belongings moved in to our new home, we both feel sad to say goodbye to Everett Storage on Hewitt. Thank you for everything over the past almost two years, and we’ll send anyone we know who needs storage your way!”
“Perfect for my use. I was able to use it for two months while moving to a new house. It made moving a lot easier. The location is convenient. The people there are helpful.”
“Bethany was wonderful! Of course helpful ! Easy to talk to and just made me feel welcomed and comfortable! You guess are blessed to have her as an employee in Friend.”
“Ian did great job setting me up with storage... he also did a good job explaining everything to us from payments to security, would recommend coming here if you need storage!!!!”
“I started my rental online and in the morning the sweet lady that's runs the storage called me to ask if I was still interested in the unit she told me exactly what I needed to bring in to finish my rental. The place is beautiful inside and out clean and she even has hand cart that will move heavy duty stuff”
“Hi I'm just writing to say coming from out of town and moving to another town can be stressful..as I'm staying in a hotel can be pretty spendy I need a storage that was close but helpful to my needs .I found smart stop storage and clicked it right away . When I came to the store to finish my paper work and get my storage.i found TJ very helpful . When I get stressed out I talk fast but he made me feel comfortable with a smile and laughter. Made me feel welcomed.”
“Friendly staff. Professional service. Kind of like an Amazon warehouse, this place offers local storage and freight services to the greater seattle area. Highly recommend!”
“Jeanne is thr best! Always smiling and ready to help with whatever you need. Very knowledgeable in every aspect of her job and the services offered. Highly recommend”
“Totally beyond impressed with this storage unit facility! It was hands down the absolute easiest and quickest experience I've ever had with renting a new unit at a facility I've never used before. No hidden weird fees. no surprise higher ticket on the bill. no long wait. no annoying worker. we were in and out within less than 10-15 minutes!”
“Edit: i forgot my gate code and called to make sure everything was good w my account and IVAN helped me , he was super friendly and helpful and it eas excellent customer service. I will be moving to an apartment soon but if i ever need storage again IM GOING THRU SECURE SPACE STORAGE !
I just recently started with them but its been nothing but the best experience from the get go , excellent space close to the elevator. AND YOU CANT BEAT THE PRICE ! The only thing id like is if they had more of the dollys cuz theres only a couple of them. Other than that id give 100 stars if i could ✨”
“Megan in the front office is awesome. So friendly and helpful with getting me set up with my new unit. Pricing is fantastic too. I'm moving from a different, more expensive complex and I'll be saving a good bit more money.”
“Above and beyond friendly assistance from Anne today. Check out process was easy, thorough, and safety-minded.
Would definitely rent a truck here again.
10/10 🌟”
“Yesterday was a “from hell to heaven” experience with U-Haul in Everett. The guy who helped me pick up the trailer was rude and aggressive, but Jesse, who handled the return, was respectful and helpful.
Young people should value customers and their jobs. Otherwise, they might as well stay home playing video games until they’re ready to work.”

“I park my camp trailer here and am very pleased with the price and access hours. The lot is large and it is easy to maneuver to my spot. The owners are friendly.”
“Im active military. Best place to store your things with climate control. And they also have P.O. Box for rent. It's betterr than having one with the post office when deployed. The US post office closed mind mid-deployment cause I couldn't pay while I was deployed with limited bandwidth.”
“What an awesome group of people. Made me feel welcome and like I’ve known them my whole life. Little too much paperwork I’ll say but $40 can’t be beat for a month (and something about a 2nd month at a cheaper rate than the 1st). Ending occupancy was easy and just the click of a button.”
“This place is awesome,I don’t know how many times I have locked myself out of my unit and the Lady that works there is So cool about it,she always goes out of her way to help,So thank you Miss.Lady for all you do there all your hard work shows with how clean and friendly of an experience every time I show up there,Thanks!!!!”
“I was so happy with Evergreen Moving Systems (EMS) from the first meeting through the actual move! Bill Brown was excellent with his estimate after viewing all of our stuff! The day of the move went off without any issues, it was smooth and without stress! The crew worked efficiently and with care. The delivery went just a well, the crew was friendly (both pickup & delivery)! Moving is stressful, take the stress out by hiring Evergreen Moving Systems!”

“I can't say enough about these people, every single person I dealt with three people there, every one of them was kind of cordial, and I felt 100% sincere, play pleasure to do business with, thank you silver lake storage sincerely Jeffrey”
“So far so good. Great prices for four months I got an amazing discount with a lock and insurance and they also gave me some moving boxes. Going on my second month there and haven't had an issue.”
“I rent there currently. The neighborhood is filled with nice people that report any weird activity. The big storage rooms, that are not gated, are 24hours. I do a lot of buying and selling on the internet and it's nice being able to stop in anytime and check my merchandise. The owner is very nice (the new one) even after stopping by to tell me that the neighborhood watch reported suspicious activity. Which is my fault. (I work online overseas so the nightimen3k3ii3”
“Recently the storage units have been sold and rebotten by new owners who intend to keep the place a storage facility with new upgrades in security and paint. You can only rent a unit if you pay by check or money order they do not accept cash”
“Excellent service by an amazing company!
We needed last minute moving and Established Moving & Storage went above and beyond to help us. Liam and Rondon were friendly, professional and provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!”
“Great service on Pick up and delivery. Be aware if they are really busy they will change your delivery times and it will take you hours to talk to someone to get it worked out. With that being said, customer service was excellent. Cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. They did give discount because of issues. Would use again.”
“I go here to fill my propane tanks. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than exchanging them, plus they completely fill the tanks, so you betcha it's a good gosh darn value!”
“The owner was very nice friendly and helpful. Uhaul Everett is my favorite place to go. Staff are super helpful also. Their customer service is phenomenal. I am always happy when I do business with them and I am super satisfied with their service.”
