About Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle-Everett, an IHG Hotel
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle-Everett is in a nice, quiet area, though a bit away from everything and the immediate area can be sketchy to walk. The property is well maintained, in excellent condition, and looks brand new. Rooms are spacious, super clean, and comfortable, though rare cleaning oversights are noted. Amenities include a free and very good breakfast, an indoor pool and hot tub, and coin laundry. The majority of the staff are wonderful, fantastic, helpful, and friendly, with specific praise for the front desk and kitchen. While it lacks an onsite restaurant, there is plenty of fast food nearby and public transport is close.
I'm not sure what these bad reviews are about. This is an above average Holiday Inn Express. Clean rooms, friendly staff in a safe area. I've been staying at Holiday Inn Express for the past 15 years for business. I've been to plenty that are below average. This property is NOT one of them.

I usually stay at Holiday Inn during business trips, and we stayed here for one night. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

The front desk lady, I dont remember the name, was wonderful to talk to while I got checked in. The room is clean and spacious. No complaints and had a great 3 day stay for work.
