“Our company has us stay here from time to time. Happy with location. Desk staff are pleasant(minus whoever took my call in-room call from the desk on Dec 27th around noon. She could use training on handling guest issues. Keurig in the room needed cleaning and it took an hour to get the whole thing situated and her attitude on the phone needs work. Reach out if you need details on this. A star down for this experience)
Mary at the desk, and sweet lady with glasses who checked us in are great. Her positive and can-do attitude even at 1am(approximate time of check-in) was impressive.
Bridget at the restaurant was exceptional! She almost made up for my issue in the morning. In addition, highly recommend salmon chowder at the restaurant. Yum!”

This location can get incredibly busy and hectic, but Kristina handles everything with so much grace, kindness, and professionalism. She is always incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely cares about the guests. It makes a world of difference to see a friendly face and a great attitude when checking in. “I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We checked into another hotel late at night, only to turn around and walk out because conditions were terrible. They took us in at 11:00 with big smiles. I have stayed at Marriott Envoy hotels in the past and have always been happy- this hotel went above and beyond. The lobby and dining room were welcoming, clean and great lighting! Their secret weapons are their staff members- Sarah was training a new employee named Poojah- they both were terrific. We heard them chatting with other guests being interested about their weekend plans, looking up weather reports for guests, warming up coffees in the lobby etc. I would hire them in a minute. I wish I had gotten the names of several of the other staff members, because they were also great...hard to come by these days. Hope to be back to this beautiful area!”

“This place is wonderful. The staff and general manager are awesome. Kayla and Gabbie are absolutely wonderful managers and care about their hotel and staff. We love this hotel. The whole staff here is awesome. It is a wonderful place to stay. It is close to a nice park and lake. They have a wonderful and caring atmosphere here. It would make the place better to have a covered smoking area for the smokers to be able to stay dry and for the disabled smokers. Carla is a strong worker. She is very helpful. Annette is a wonderful addition to the team.”
“We've stayed here multiple times, and while the building is older with a few quirks, the staff--especially Meghan at the front desk--are what keep us coming back.
Meghan is always friendly, personable, and goes above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of, even when things aren't running perfectly. Her attitude and attention to detail truly stand out.
Our last visit She went out of her way to get Biscuits and Gravy for the breakfast buffet after my husband mentioned how much he loved them! (please don't take them off the menu)”

The pool was open my kids love that but even when the pool wasn't open children's museum is across the street if you want some really good barbecue literally 5 minute walk away JLS BBQ also BallPark Pizza if you like pizza lots of food around we have stayed here a few times and would recommend”

“Nice quiet area to relax when your done with the day. They have a pool and a hot tub. Majority of the staff were helpful and friendly. There are a few housekeepers and a front desk person that need to be told with very specific detail of what you need or want.”
“Once I got a chance to go to America. Going to the most powerful country in the world was no less than a dream. I went there and went for a walk with a friend. It was night and my friend said that we should stay in a hotel. We stayed in the Red Lion Inn & Suites Everett hotel. When I went to the hotel and saw the view, I was amazed. The hotel was no less than a five-star hotel. The room was very clean. The bed sheets were so clean that it seemed like they had just been made. The bathroom was also very clean and sparkling. The food and drinks were also very good. Overall, staying here was a great experience. My friend said that it was also in his budget. If I get the chance again, I will definitely go to this hotel.”

“Great stay. Coda was absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond with my room concerns and followed up as soon as she was able after her time off, which I really appreciated. Twyla was also incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful while sorting out my reservation issues. Connor helped get everything handled smoothly as well. Kimberly has also always been kind and welcoming whenever I’ve come in. Really grateful for the whole team for their care and support.”
