The girl who drew my blood was very nice and it didn’t hurt at all. But I have not been able to reach anyone to get my results. Nothing is in the portal, my doctor has not received anything, and no one is calling back regarding my messages.

Amanda was so friendly and helpful. I couldn't find my insurance and she showed me on my lab order. She helped me upload my orders too.
I'm usually a difficult blood draw but she got it right away and no pain! Thank you Amanda!

The staff there is amazing, they do there best for everyone. Yes some days you have long waits. Like any walk in place. You can be put in the queue and they can text you 15 minutes before your turn.
