“I have a watch that was a gift from a friend who passed on, so it means a great deal to me, and the pin that holds the band to the face broke off when it got snagged at work. After explaining this to Hannah, the young lady working today, she proceeded to fix my watch quickly and even set the correct time and date. When I went to pay, she politely refused and told me she would cover it then sent me on my way. It's people like Hannah that make me want to give them all my business. “I won't hold it against the store that there are OFTEN tweakers shoplifting inside, panhandling outside, or just loitering near the doors or in the parking lot. But it is off-putting. Don't go after dark if you can avoid it. Just found out recently they aren't open 24hrs anymore. Not like I made it a habit to visit at 2am, but sometimes you have a medical emergency and need something in the middle of the night. That was always the pro of drug stores. Some stuff is overpriced, but they usually have bogo 50% deals if you have a rewards account. The twin guys that work there are really nice.”
