I've had to go here pretty often for labs and honestly, the new blonde front desk lady (Abby?) is so nice, patient and helpful. Way better than the last lady who was always super rude.

The lady who runs the front is atrocious, rude and smells like cigarettes. After five bad experiences, I figured I better warn other people. If you need help with the kiosk, she will not only put you down, but belittle you while she does that. She has worked there for a very long time and is suppose to help but instead made an older lady cry because she needed help. Not only is the customer service awful but the wait time is horrendous. Even if you have an appointment, they totally disregard you unless you’re like me who speaks up. I’ve also had people in the past mess up the vials of blood, which is extremely inconvenient to say the least.

Awesome front desk lady just yelled at me and then left and said she quits! The automatic check in is a disaster kept freezing that is when she yelled and quit. Gross cross contamination every where in this office! Using trays touching keyboards! Disgusting

The moment you walk in the office, it’s chaos. The receptionist was barely at he seat and when she did come back she would announce that everyone in the waiting area, which was well over occupancy, should pray for some random baby, for some unknown reason. I get called back to get serviced and the person taking my draw had absolutely no social training. Not one hi or how are you. Then she was rough with the first vial and I jumped because it hurt. Not one excuse me or sorry, just “If you move, it’ll be worse “. The whole time I was in the lab, no matter which room I was in, it was full to capacity, loud and the staff was just barely functioning. Labcorp in general has gone down the tubes and this location in Everett has been the worst one I’ve ever been to. The other locations closest to me kept canceling appointments. Won’t go back there or possibly any other location.

My Dr had faxed an order on Fri at 12pm. I came in around 2. The office was full. Only 2 young ladies handling everything with a smile and professionalism. The one young lady was handling front desk and back with patients. She should have 10 stars and a raise. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. Please pass on what a valued employee she is.

Do not come here! This place is a sh*tshow! I booked an appointment online, and confirmed my insurance and payment info. At my appointment time I checked in online, as they instructed me to. I have successfully done this at the LabCorp on Colby dozens of times. The Rockefeller location didn't have any of my information, my appointment, insurance, payment, none of it. I waited an hour to even see the tech, and then she took another 15 minutes entering my insurance and payment info. An appointment that takes 10-15 minutes at the Colby location took 90 minutes.

Time-saving tip (if you're okay with paid parking at the hospital): Fastest access is from the Providence Hospital Parking Garage on Colby Avenue. 3rd floor South Pedestrian Bridge. There is an entrance on the other side that may be faster, but some of the spaces indicated emergency room parking.I walked into a different entrance, and there was only 1 sign indicating where to find LabCorp. There are technically 2 laboratories in the building, so it can be confusing. As for the actual experience, it was pretty smooth. Fast check-in, minimal wait time even when the waiting room seemed to be full of people.
