I wish I read reviews before scheduling an “appointment”. It really doesn’t matter if you have an appointment, still had to wait over an hour. Very unorganized, unprofessional and rude to people. Only giving two stars for the young sweet lady who drew my blood, who was quick and gentle.

All went well, all well organized and managed, no complains. I don't see why people would give such a bad rating for a normally running place with friendly and polite staff

Check in was easy. My appointment was on-time. As a recovered iv-heroin addict my veins are extremely hard to hit but the staff here was great, the middle eastern or indian gentleman hit me first try, no pain, and true professional. Non of the negative commentary i readactuqlly seemed true. I give them 5/5
