At no point during making the appointment or checking in was I informed that they will only accept faxed orders. I had the signed letter from my doctor on my phone which was unacceptable, and they also wouldn’t let me email it to them.

I was a little scared to visit this Labcorp location after reading the reviews left, but decided to try it out and leave a review. I personally believe it’s better to make an appointment which is pretty easy to make on their website; they give you the times and days they have available and you put your personal and insurance information. I was there no more than 20 minutes.Once there, you check yourself in with their tablet and wait for them to call you, there is a receptionist as well. Once in the room, the lady sat and took my blood in less than five minutes.I would definitely come back here if I need lab work done in the future.

Was told Mill Creek closes at 4:30pm when I was there the other day. Showed up at 4:20pm today and they had closed early. Went to the Labcorp a few miles away near Silver Lake, which was supposed to be open until 5pm.....and they closed early today too. This really screws us with time sensitive labs that needed to be done today. Now I have to pull my kid from school tomorrow morning to find a non-Labcorp lab. Labcorp is too inconsistent with their hours for me to be able to get any services there. Oh, and the Labcorp website AND phone messages list incorrect information about each location's hours. What a terrible business to deal with.

Checkin process is very strange, you have check in for every single procedure prescribed by your primary care physician, and there is no way to verify what you already have checked in for. Long lines, 1hr+ on Saturday morning. Lady on a blood taking station was very knowledgeable and patient, blood taking was almost painless and super quick. I wish there were more printouts to take home, useful for people doing them first time. Overall I would treat it as the last resort if nothing else is available.

Gave one star for computer check in does not let you know wait time, in which we had an appt afterwards. Waiting room was so overfilled with people, we had to wait in Radiology seating since there wasn't any for my elderly mom. A lovely patient told us she thought her name was called around 15mins, so we thought we would wait 15mins. 15min mark my mother started booking for the door. 2hrs later we were home and got the text they were ready now. This was the third location we had been to, today. First two locations LabCorp had no staffing. I sure wish LabCorp could start paying and treating their employees better. Perhaps a strong competition would help? Anyways, now we have to do the daily morning call to our regular doctors office, just so we can get this blood drawn. Thanks LabCorp. Thanks for making peoples lives more difficult.

LoL!!! Reading all these reviews is hilarious. Em staff are poking and drawing blood and your gratitude is to whine and complain. They get the job done fast! Y'all just need patience. Watch Barbie or something y'all have a phone right?

If it had 0 stars option I would have chosen that. Rude receptionists, waiting times 1-2 hour ➕️ for a simple blood draw. They need to get their stuff together because with this service they are going down, badly!

Was concerned due to all the negative reviews but I was in and out within 15 minutes after making an appointment. Staff was kind and I barely even felt the needle enter. There did seem to be a long line but they seemed to be waiting due to being walk ins.

Please select this location. Lots of amazing, competent, and kind lab staff ready to help. Literally took three of us back at the same time. Quick and efficient.

I went to have blood panel, TB, and Syphilis test done. They have to write out my name a birthday on all 10 viles. For some reason they didn't print out labels. They didn't add my doctor's info into the system before I left. Then my doctor and I never received the results. I emailed company through contact us. Never got a response. So now I have to go back and hopefully they have my info in the system to print out. Or I am going to have to reorder my lab test. So annoying!!!!!

Extremely understaffed. Imagine you have been fasting for 12 hours and come to the lab and wait for another 2 hours for a 5-minute blood draw. Horrible experience and have no choice but to wait since really want to get it done and don’t want to relive this experience again until next year. Such a waste of times and LabCorp could have tried to improve this customer satisfaction. Although staffs are doing what they can, but it’s simply too many people needing to draw blood at the same time. Definitely will look at a different lab for this. A place that can simply manage this understaffed problem better.

Please avoid this location. They don’t know how to draw blood. They will injure your veins just struggling to find them. I have never seen such a worst employees who don’t know how to find veins and draw smoothly….wish I would give zero stars

Very Unorganized. They were having a lot of problems. After waiting for 30 minutes, they did not have any record of the lab order from my doctor. Save yourself a lot of time and choose a different Lab Corp. This is the worst one I have ever been to.

I will never go back. I took my 5 year old daughter for blood draw on saturday and after poking and getting a tube of blood they said blood flow is slow because they thought she is dehydrated. We went back after 2 days and again they poked but literally got drop by drop of blood , then someone experienced came into picture to poke third time and could poke straight to vein and got the job done. So my daughter ended up with 2 trial pokes ,pain, trauma and green marks on hands. Why would they bring in unexperienced staff! And does kids really need to go through this. Think before you go here.
