Was with the same broker for 40 years. Made the change to Leavitt last year after working with them as my employer's broker. Far communication and service. Everyone I have dealt with are very professional and responsive to my requests.

Smooth experience changing our homeowners policy over and saved us more money, with great coverage, than when I did an online quite on my own. David and Kathleen have also been very responsive when I called with questions and they explained everything thoroughly.
