It was a bit complicated becasue the damage to my car happened in Canada while on vacation but they made sure things went smoothly and they kept me up to date with the progress of the claim. They communicated with me regularly and made the experience with the repair shop easy!”

I know if we need her she will be their 100%.I would never go to any one else. She has always been great.Our Agent Mary Allred went the extra mile or more to assist my mother in obtaining insurance after the company she had used for many years decided not to do business in Washington State. She helped us understand what needed to be done and obtained the insurance once we had completed this. She had to make a few trips to my mother's home. She was so kind and friendly to my mother and put her mind at ease. My mother also really liked her. She really took care of the situation, and we really appreciate that to this day. I would never change agents, for sure. I will add we are just as pleased with Mary Allred as we ever have been, she is thoughtful, and we receive birthday notices which is very nice.
