My agent is always very responsive to me when I need her which is usually when something needs quick direct attention. She is also proactive in sharing information when renewals are happening or changes are being made to the insurance industry.

Long time customers over 20 years. Instead of contacting us to figure out how to work with us on a new homeowners policy they sent a letter of cancellation. 10/10 do not recommend. RUN.

I was with my insurance company & the previous broker before Leavitt Group took over for about 11 years. With Leavitt for 2. My insurance lapsed, they knew about it & didn’t bother to call me. I found out I was uninsured 3 weeks later when I called them! They told me “we sent you an email, did you get it?” Over the next 48 hours, more promises to call me at specific times were made & not upheld. I ended up finding a policy elsewhere for cheaper than they could find. Unacceptable service. I can’t recommend.
