Our car insurance went up this year due to submitting three comp claims for broken windshields. Our agent worked with us on ways to lower the price. We are very grateful that they were willing to work with us on how to get our final payment lowered.

I have been with McClain Insurance for many years. They provide excellent customer service, every person that I have worked with has been great! I recently had an issue with my auto insurance provider and the owner of McClain Insurance reached out personally to discuss it with me. I changed insurance providers, but kept McClain as my agent. Nick, Laura, and Heather are excellent, I am very happy to be working with them!

After we purchased a new vehicle, our old insurance company would not cover, it left us without an options except finding a different carrier. On recommendation we called McClain and we are so glad we did. Clay was an excellent beacon of hope in a dark world! He walked us through all of our options, guided us through every point and got us a great rate (even lower than we were already paying!) with a new insurance provider. I can't thank him enough for making this stressful situation so easy.

Worked with Nick to find the right mix of coverages and value for our various insurance needs. After adding a teen driver, we got a huge increase in our rates. Switched to McClain and Nick saved us thousands from our previous policy, while updating our coverage amounts to reflect today’s increased values. The video presentation of options was great, no pressure, and so much good info. I’m confident their annual review of our policies will keep us with the best balance of coverage and value. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

Nick was a delight to work with. He’s knowledgeable and is able to make helpful suggestions at appropriate times. He was also able to find better insurance coverage for less cost than I had been paying previously. I was referred to him by family members who recommended him highly. Now, so do I.

Ann was very quick, helpful, and professional in guiding me through various coverage selections and companies for my Auto, Condo, and Umbrella policies. After 2 calls, I now feel I have best coverage for my $$, and now I don't have to think about insurance until next year!
