My grandparents lived here for 5+ years and it’s amazing other than noisy people and living next to the trash disposal. Wonderful neighbors but Please make sure to spray for roaches!!

Since the remodel of my apartment which started December 10th I still need the blinds for the bedroom window, the screen door for the slider and in the bathroom a new towel rack plus cocking around sink.

Staff is terrific. They could use another maintenance person because it takes time to get something fixed. Overall I have been very happy here with of course a few hiccups that come with apartment living.

Deplorable would describe my time here, even that would be me giving mercy to such a place. The building has very good potential on being the luxury place it claims it is.
My time there I encountered two separate occasions of bed bug infestations.Some of the people refused to clean up after their animals,particularly dog poop. Storages were repeatedly broken into, including my own. There were fentanyl/ weed smelling hallways, homeless hiding out in trash room and storage rooms. Cars constantly being broken into even if your car was parked into the garage area.Elevators were not operating consistently. Anything reported was given very little concern from the property manager.
This place lacks diversity from the residents to the office staff.Not a great place for anyone to live especially Seniors.

The Delta Yard directly below up produces metal dust that covers the inside of our place and the noise from dragging cars about is about unbearable.

I love living here but if my rent goes up anymore I am not sure how I will be able to manage. I am on a fixed in one and I barely have enoughto pay rentbat all. I have been here for 6 years and I have not caused any problems. I keep my home clean.
I am excited to see how the remolding goes and the improvements you are going to be making. The staff here is awesome and we finally got a manager with a strong backbone

Staff will not answer phone calls, and never return calls concerning my message. I Understand they're busy. My Refrigarator wasn't working properly. I was worried about food spoilage.

Well it hasn't been a very good month, elevator out of order for almost a week and now no social room for community activities. Some of us plan our week around the social calendar and group activities for our entertainment. If it is not available then we are left to sit idling in our Apts,sometimes alone and lonely. Not good for the well-being of seniors.
