About Vintage at Marine View Senior 55+
Vintage at Everett Senior Apartments is a 55+ community offering a higher quality lifestyle with luxury amenities, spacious renovated apartment homes, and exciting resident events. The staff is described as terrific, awesome, and amazing, with nice management. Residents are sweet, and the community is private with plenty of parking. While the team provides the best possible service, some note that maintenance requests can take time and that phone calls are not always answered or returned. Some residents express concern about rent increases on a fixed income. Overall, it is considered a great place with a few expected hiccups of apartment living, where many have been very happy for years.
