“The home buying process is terrifying, never more so than in this current market. Prices keep soaring, people are waiving inspections, and then you fall in love with your dream house and would feel wrecked if it slipped through your fingers. Cue Dave and his team at NAF. This guy went so far above and beyond to help us secure our dream house. From helping us with our approval to spending time on the phone with the sellers to assure them we were solid if they accepted our offer . . . it is DAVE we credit with the sellers choosing us to buy their house. From that point on, Dave was there at every turn to be sure there wasn't even the smallest hiccup. It was smooth sailing, and he even entertained a phone call when my husband and I couldn't agree on an element of our financing that had us hugging it out when we hung up. Can you credit a mortgage lender with possibly saving your marriage? I'll let you be the judge on that! Truly, even our dumbest questions went well received and answered. Even on a weekend evening!
