My mom is an account holder here and needed me to deposit a check. I raced there to arrive at 5:26 hoping they really close at 5:30. I was out by 8:26. Since I wasn't an account holder I had to provide ID but it took only two minutes to complete the process!Impressed with their service!

Unlike the 1 star experience above, I have always had a easy time with any transactions here. No crowd, minimal talk unless I engaged, pulled money out of a CD, made a credit card payment in person to them (never did that in person before). Each NFCU has its own personality, and this one is for people like me.

Absolutely no respect for their veterans. Make the process of getting anything done so difficult you want to (and in my case I did) give up on the process. As soon as I pay off my two NFCU credit cards I'm closing all my accounts after 26 years with them.

Navy Fed is a fantastic credit union! I've been with them for about 5 years now, they've proven time and time again just how wonderful they are. My debit card and credit card was stole and Navy Federal detected the suspicious activity immediately, before I even know what had happen! I've had a few auto loans through them and received great terms. Every time I talk to them on the phone or visit a branch I always receive a professional and friendly person. They give you many options in regards to managing your accounts and the app is absolutely the best banking app I've ever used! I HIGHLY recommend them.

I banked with BECU for years and then went back to Chase. Since BECU opened their doors to open membership, it hasn't been the same. Mortgage servicing is done in New Jersey and they are totally impossible to deal with. As far as regular banking, they have become so big that dealing with Chase is easier than BECU.. Navy Federal was the answer! Because my father was in the Navy in Vietnam, I was eligible. Fantastic customer service, online banking and app is awesome and 5 months into my membership, I got an auto loan in three minutes! Five minutes in and out of the branch with a check in my hand! I cant say enough great about NFCU! You can join if you have family in ANY branch or friends!! Don't hesitate, do it!

I love Navy Federal! This is a small branch, but with plenty of folks working there. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. There's never a wait and I always zip in and zip out. I love the Navy Federal website and iPhone app. This year they offered some fabulous 12-month CD rates. Would definitely recommend Navy Federal and this location!
