My 90 yr old mother is now required to use supplemental oxygen. Once she was stable enough to move back to her apartment, we were told to call Norco and set up her home unit. Once I made the call, I was expecting to wait hours, but within the hour Charles showed up. What a wonderful experience! Charles was so kind and thorough, walking us through the process and patiently explaining how this worked and gave us a bunch of useful tips. I can't thank him enough, kudos to Charles!!

I received my C-pap machine six weeks ago. The mask did not fit. In order to stay in compliance with Medicare, you must wear the mask daily. I could not get a fitting appointment for two weeks so I visited the store and asked for another mask. I was given another mask (without trying on) but not before being scolded about not making an appt.
I tried to explain that the previous mask didn’t fit and I was losing sleep in order to stay in compliance. The employee was so impatient. I felt like I was being pushed out the door.
This mask is too small also but now I have to wait a month for a refit, forcing me to wear the current mask that keeps me awake.
They are under-staffed, which should have been corrected by now; and the other one star reviews are spot-on.

A little professionalism goes a long way. The people at the Everett location are NOT professional. They're rude, inconsiderate and act like you're the problem. Maybe some customer service training would help. Or maybe doing a different job?

Friendly but communication is not good at all. Documents were needed to follow through with my prescription but was notified by my doctor rather than from them.

Worst customer service ever! I would give 0 stars but I guess I have to choose 1. Never had an issue before the one time that I went in but not this time. I've always had good service on the phone in the past. They say the order is waiting on insurance and I can understand that, but my supplies I get that they have sent is the wrong mask on previous order. They could of exchanged if I went in last month and the time has expired and they show I don't get this mask but wrong one shipped so I'm out of luck. Someone there doesn't know what mask to put in order so I'm out of luck. But I was told can always go online and buy the correct one. I guess time to look at other supplier in Everett.

Service has gone to hell and I'm done with them. I've been trying to order supplies for over two months and they keep coming up with some reason or another that prevents my order from being completed. They don't put any effort into calling my medical provider so I have to keep relaying the new requirements and documents. They finally got everything they needed and called to confirm the order but I missed it. I called 3 business days later and they informed me that they cancelled the whole order.

The place and people are great but parking is bad and you could not get in front door police and street people i was fear full stay away from Everett Norco Hoyt and Pacific not safe. If you have breathing issues not safe cig smoke. Had to use back door no good they know problem but don’t fix

The visit was very helpful and clear and concise. However would have been overwhelming and confusing for someone my age with very poor hearing, if my daughter hadn't accompanied me.
