We have been with this CU for one month. The following is our experience, so far. We had an appointment with a manager to open two business accounts. She pawned me off on another lady last minute because she said she was going to be out of the office. Imagine our surprise when we showed up and she was there and stayed there the whole time we were there. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to open these accounts. 1.5hrs to open the first one and 15 minutes to open the second one. The difference between the two was because the manager (the one I had an appointment with) came over and showed the lady who was helping us some tricks and short cuts. Imagine if the manager had kept and honored our appointment, we would have been in and out in 30-40 minutes. Talk about not respecting our time. We went home and sat down to open a PayPal and realized we had zero paperwork or any of our accounts. We couldn't do anything! I had to drive back the next day and get the paperwork. Fast forward 10 business days. Got our debit cards in the mail. They were so messed up! Three of them I had no idea what account they went to as they didn't have a business name on them. One of them had the business name on it, misspelled! Called and left the manager a message and she never called me back. I waited a couple days, then sent her an email. I asked for very specific things in that email and she only addressed half of them. The last email I sent her, she didn't even bother to reply to. I then sent her an email yesterday and told her I was going to be leaving this review, plus a couple of other things and concerns. She then replied, addressing the email I sent her that she ignored and that's it. I got our first statements yesterday and the business names read like a run on sentence. I'm not sure what is going on down there, but it's not good, professional, or efficient. I feel like she can't be bothered and doesn't respect my time. On a side note, I stopped by my other bank and ordered a new debit card on Monday and got it today, Friday. That's service! In my 33 years of having bank accounts, I have never experienced anything like this. VERY unimpressed. Again, over one month of having these accounts and still don't have debit cards or access to these accounts. I pray the new cards show up correct so I can start paying for things for the businesses with the business accounts instead of my personal account. It's just easier come tax season.P.S. I will be having to drive back into this credit union to go over our accounts to make sure everything is correct and structured correctly, since the manager didn't bother to address that in the email I sent her. Like I don't have anything better to accept babysit this process. ?

*EDIT* also wanted to confirm they absolutely hold everything and at the same time and hit you with Several overdraft fees. Kelly Ada was the only reason I stayed because she helped in anyway she could. I take responsibility on when I over draft but Nw Plus needs to take their end of responsibility and admit that charging 28 dollar over drafts fees 3 to 4 times a day, even when the card is locked and not used is fraudulent. Allison tried ro explain to me that this isnt them doing this its "McDonald's"... absolutely ridiculous. Negative 782.00 and more than half are fees from the bank when the over draft already went through. Make it make sense, you know this is wrong. As a customer of 30 years I cannot wait to leave this bank. Unprofessional and disrespectful to the fullest, not a place I can trust me money to be at. -Lacey Adams

I was having a stressful day on Friday with my online banking luckily I got Maria in the call center she is great and helped me with all my issues I will continue to bank here because of her.

They arrange your overdraft transactions to get as much as possible out of someone who is obviously struggling then you call to see if they can remove any of the 7 fees and was told no. For context I made 1 transaction that put me negative $50 but they arranged it to look like that one was before 7 small transactions.

Absolutely..! I can confirm this place is garbage from costumer service to ending paying your car off....! Everett location is infested of lazy and don't-five-aF mindset ladies in the front desk...!If you the one in charge, fire them all....!

Ariana is my favorite! A few of the others too, (you know who you are) but Ariana is my absolute favorite. She doesn't even work at my branch anymore, but any time I have a problem I call and bug her, and she takes care of it every time! Thank you so much Ariana!

I’m locked into a low rate so I unfortunately have to stay with NWPCU but when rates drop again I will be leaving. I live in Tacoma and cannot participate in a skip a pay without going to a branch & that’s crazy. I work for a smaller credit union myself and we offer other options. They offer shared branching but cannot do anything other than handle money, they should be able to handle paperwork as well. Also when I first got into my loan, I needed my loan docs to get my car set up (onstar) and It took them over 3 months to get It to me with repeated calls. Not a great experience to say the least.

No stars if possible. Horrible customer service and issues through online portal constantly, I can’t believe they’re still in business. We are late on payments because of this. My car loan through Ford credit is amazing, they always answer through text, phone call, email. It’s like they actually want their money. I don’t know what’s wrong with this company.*Edit in response to the owner who reached out to me on google maps instead of calling me or returning emails, I’ve called the number you posted for customer service for days and my husbands been calling for over two months when he can, only to never get anyone to answer. If there is an answer, he got transferred to a department that also didn’t answer, which is what happened to me the one time someone answered. I only got a phone call returned AFTER I contacted my local police enforcement because of the issue. Only when your business got that call someone called back in 10 minutes! Then the customer service agent transferred my call to the right department… but no one answered that one. So, all to say, if you had time to answer my google review, why didn’t you call me or my husband? Or answer and email? Why do all your customers have the same issues???

I cannot express enough appreciation for the hours and caring that Kelly Ado has devoted to helping me solve a serious problem with my account. Her skill, professionalism, and true grit are beyond compare. She truly cares about her customers! I will never be able to thank her for everything that she has done for me. Kelly ,you are the best and l am forever grateful for your care and perseverance. Thank you for being a calming influence in my life.

Had my car loan with NW Plus since October 2020. This has been the most disorganized bank I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Once my car was paid off they continued to take out automatic payments even though the balance was $0. Apparently I had to fill out a form to stop those payments and wasn’t made aware of that until another payment was processed. On top of that, they told me to expect my title in 3 weeks. 3 weeks had came and went so I called to be informed that it was never ordered. I can’t wait to finally receive my title and be done with this bank. The gals have been nice enough but their policies are confusing and I don’t believe their employees know them well enough to inform their customers. I feel like I have been on the phone with these people constantly and hear a different story from each person I talk to. If you can avoid working with this bank, I would.

Absolutely garbage credit union. I wouldn't let them HOLD MY MONEY in their bank. Closed my account and have gotten nothing but the runaround from them and still haven't received my funds! Don't give this bank your business!!!

If you want to be stuck without any screws to your money for a whole weekend, choose NW+!!!! The only reason I don’t close my account is so my credit rating doesn’t take a hit. 1,000% would close it if it didn’t affect my credit (age of credit history). More problems than you have time for. One super rude phone lady, the rest are nice and helpful. That one lady is rude every single time.

We have banked with NW for over 40 years and we love it but...the new system upgrade is not as user friendly nor as informative. Difficult to maneuver and down often making you log in multiple times. Needs some work and better menu options.

I've had a car loan with NW + since November of 2020. I call each month to make a payment and each time they tell me I can set up an online. They say they send me an email and it still doesn't work. They say they will get back to me but they never do. A few months ago I want to pay off my car and immediately sell it, so I call and try to get the information to pay it off. It is a lot of money so I call to make sure, then with a few more questions I call again. Each time I call I'm getting different answers. No, the title will take 4-6 week but it will take 2 weeks to process the payment... next call it will be an electronic title next call actually we dont have your title, you'll be getting a peice of paper in the mail saying we never had it. Finally I get it done and I'm waiting for a gap refund. I call a month later and they say it can take up to two months but I'll get a letter when they receive the check. Another month and a half passes by so I call. They had received it a month prior. Then I say I want to close my account she says okay I'll send you an email and to close the account. Never received it. I had to call back and wait till I received it while on the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

banked with them for several years now depositing checks from my business as well as checks made out to my personal name. now all of sudden out of the blue they will no longer deposit personal checks into my business checking account. Point is they have been depositing them for years already & now years later they say they cannot do it. Well they just lost all my business! hope it was worth it not to deposit my $96.00 check!
