“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michael and the service he provided during one of the most difficult times in my life. I designed my husband’s obituary, and Michael printed them for me. He was incredibly fast and had everything ready within just a few hours.
While reviewing the obituaries, I realized I had made a few spelling errors. I was completely overwhelmed and worried about how I was going to fix it in time. Michael was so kind and understanding. Not only did he reassure me, but he reprinted the entire second batch the very same day without any hesitation.
His customer service was truly exceptional. He was patient, compassionate, trustworthy, and professional throughout the entire process. During a time when I was grieving and exhausted, his kindness meant more than he probably realizes.
His prices were also very reasonable, which I deeply appreciated while planning my husband’s service.
I honestly don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t found Michael. Five stars all across the board. I am incredibly grateful for his help, and I will absolutely return to him for any printing needs in the future.

“I have been a customer at this u.PS store. For a few years, now. I have always received good customer service to excellent customer service and today , I received excellent customer service period I had some emails that I needed printed out to turn in to the snohomish county courthouse for proof of service for court documents i thought that I had made enough time. To turn them in, then it got very confusing after speaking to some people in the courthouse.As far as how to go about doing it. And was told something different than I was told before. I was panicking and had less than an hour left to turn them in and Taryn, the store manager was there for the hand off and on it. She had me forward my emails to her store so that she could begin printing them out while I was driving there. I got them printed out and turned in, just under the wire but did it. I just wanted Taryn to know how appreciative I am for doing everything she could to help me in my time of need. I don't have time to leave reviews very often so if I do, it is because it was earned. Thank you!!!”

“A needed custom wedding invitations printed. I tried a couple local shops with great struggle, they had VERY limited paper stock, were realllly expensive or I seemed to just confuse the person behind the desk. Not so with Minuteman Press! Lyle was amazing, answered all my questions and provided really good suggestions, got me an estimate and ordered my custom paper — voila! I just picked up the finished invitations and they are gorgeous. These guys know what they’re doing and their customer service is stellar. I won’t be going anywhere else.”

When they were made aware that Jonathan Hoang was still missing they jumped straight into action donating 1000 color copies of his Missing Poster to aid in the efforts of bringing him home without hesitation. This allows people like me to get on the ground and dedicate more of our time because we don't have to worry about the expense.

I had received an email with the shipping label and needed to have it printed. 5/5 Danielle was very helpful and walked me through the process. I'm very happy. The entire he process was effective, efficient and easy. 5/5 Check out was self serve as well, just scan the label and obtain your receipt. I'd recommend this location because of the store manager Danielle. Parking easy in and out. Clean inside. Greeted and thanked. Lots of supplies on hand. Great experience.”
“call me crazy for giving this FedEx a five stars. however, you got to give them credit for having the packages safe and sound at a location- especially if the recipient is able to go pickup. it would really suck if they were lost/stolen. (given most FedEx worthy shipments are from like hella expensive factories, or even intl at that) im glad i got to understand how they work after reading the reviews, because at first i almost had a heart attack thinking i was the only one playing cat and mouse. in fact i missed 5 hours of work and sat there 1-5pm in the sun- just waiting at the package center for my box. I was really so mad- but when it finally arrived in my hands i was super glad that it never got stolen. with curses are blessings, vice versa. (?) they did tell me if this helps- after three (3) attempts of delivery to the door- there is leway of about 3-5 more days of time in which you pick up anytime 5-6:30 pm, maybe 10-15 min before.”

Unfortunately during this interaction another customer came in and was wrongfully aggravated by Jason, having witnessed the entire interaction I could only feel sympathy towards Jason. He and his co worker handled the situation like champs and were able to navigate the awkward/hostile interaction. Will definitely be back.”
