We had recently received an order with errors. Once errors were reported, Fast Signs took action, expedited recreating the order with the needed corrections and then expedited the shipping of correct order...all OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND!!! We knew the order was expedited...probably received it a good 3 days before we were actually expecting it. A huge shout out to Leyanne Chartier for being a great rep for us!! I had received an email with the shipping label and needed to have it printed. 5/5 Danielle was very helpful and walked me through the process. I'm very happy. The entire he process was effective, efficient and easy. 5/5 Check out was self serve as well, just scan the label and obtain your receipt. I'd recommend this location because of the store manager Danielle. Parking easy in and out. Clean inside. Greeted and thanked. Lots of supplies on hand. Great experience.”
