“I have been a customer at this u.PS store. For a few years, now. I have always received good customer service to excellent customer service and today , I received excellent customer service period I had some emails that I needed printed out to turn in to the snohomish county courthouse for proof of service for court documents i thought that I had made enough time. To turn them in, then it got very confusing after speaking to some people in the courthouse.As far as how to go about doing it. And was told something different than I was told before. I was panicking and had less than an hour left to turn them in and Taryn, the store manager was there for the hand off and on it. She had me forward my emails to her store so that she could begin printing them out while I was driving there. I got them printed out and turned in, just under the wire but did it. I just wanted Taryn to know how appreciative I am for doing everything she could to help me in my time of need. I don't have time to leave reviews very often so if I do, it is because it was earned. Thank you!!!”
“I ordered from Costco three pallets of LVP and LG in-wall oven/microwave combo that requires installation. The LVP is scheduled to be delivered by Estes and the LG by Costco with third party installing contractor scheduled. All items were delivered ontime. One thing I have to call out is the LVP pallets are so heavy and cannot easily get up to my driveway from the street due to curb and slope. Thank goodness the driver Gee and the LG installer Douglas worked together to get the heavy load delivered safely. Really appreciate their efforts and work ethic. Big Shining Five Star job!!”
“I was so happy with Evergreen Moving Systems (EMS) from the first meeting through the actual move! Bill Brown was excellent with his estimate after viewing all of our stuff! The day of the move went off without any issues, it was smooth and without stress! The crew worked efficiently and with care. “I had a great experience at Mailboxes N More today. I came in with 35 return packages for UPS and FedEx, and the gentleman working there was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to help me match all my labels correctly to the right packages.
Without his help, I could have easily mixed up the labels and lost a lot of money. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

“Sophie or Sophia (sorry for the misspelling) was accommodating and set expectations for what I needed to do. She couldn’t help me immediately when I came in early for my fingerprint appointment, but she did explain when she could. Once she took me in 10 minutes before my appointment there was a system error. She was determined to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. I have been getting fingerprints scanned for 6 years now and despite the slight setback, this was the best experience I have had. Thank you!”

I had received an email with the shipping label and needed to have it printed. 5/5 Danielle was very helpful and walked me through the process. I'm very happy. The entire he process was effective, efficient and easy. 5/5 Check out was self serve as well, just scan the label and obtain your receipt. I'd recommend this location because of the store manager Danielle. Parking easy in and out. Clean inside. Greeted and thanked. Lots of supplies on hand. Great experience.”

“It was after a doctor appointment, I had kids and my husband in the car. My husband saw they took fedex, so he pulled over and dropped me at the front. The guy was blasting country music and focused on doing his job, but he didnt miss a beat when I came in and greeted me, came to the counter quickly, took my prepaid fedex package and I was on my way with a receipt within less than 30 seconds.
Good vibes. Fast service. I am pleased and will definitely be back and saving this location as a fast and friendly place because as a reseller, its important to know where you can actually take packages. Thanks!”

“call me crazy for giving this FedEx a five stars. however, you got to give them credit for having the packages safe and sound at a location- especially if the recipient is able to go pickup. it would really suck if they were lost/stolen. (given most FedEx worthy shipments are from like hella expensive factories, or even intl at that) im glad i got to understand how they work after reading the reviews, because at first i almost had a heart attack thinking i was the only one playing cat and mouse. in fact i missed 5 hours of work and sat there 1-5pm in the sun- just waiting at the package center for my box. I was really so mad- but when it finally arrived in my hands i was super glad that it never got stolen. with curses are blessings, vice versa. (?) they did tell me if this helps- after three (3) attempts of delivery to the door- there is leway of about 3-5 more days of time in which you pick up anytime 5-6:30 pm, maybe 10-15 min before.”

“I had a package that needed to be returned via FedEx and this business showed up as an option and was close to me logistically. I had the item boxed with a pre-printed label. The package wasn't tracking a few days later and I called Beth to let her know. She asked me a variety of questions and shared som valuable information about working with FedEx. After hanging up with her, I realized I had transcribed the tracking number incorrectly. She was so pleasant in her demeanor in helping me, wasn't defensive or short, and I would definitely work with them as business again. I recommend.”
