Excellent service. I took an iPhone 13 Pro Max to be repaired and I was very satisfied with the results. The employees of the guys they have there were very kind and very professional. But I must mention that they initially told me a delivery date, which was extended to four more days. Otherwise, highly recommended. Very professional. In fact, I am going to take an iPhone 11 Pro Max to be repaired. Thank you, guys.

David at The Phone Guys went above and beyond to help me with my smartwatch purchase. I used one of their lease to own options and throughout the process he advised me and kept in contact via calls and texts, as I live 45 mins from his store. The item arrived next day, he notified me and pick-up went smooth. I also have a 90 day warranty. Thank you David!

Horrible communication, ordered a replacement screen for my S22 Ultra beginning of May. Excuse after excuse about the part not coming in. I had to constantly contact them, they never reached out. July 20th received a text saying my screen was in(the phone had already been repaired elsewhere). Not an apology or anything about the delay. Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time

You missed the promise date over and over again, and you never updated me, I had to contact you when the dates were not met to find out what was going on. The last promised date was 5-6 weeks ago with no communication from your company. I had to go elsewhere since I was receiving no communication about the status on the part. Do not try to pretend you kept me updated because that is a fallacy, never once was I updated on the status unless I called and chased it down

David helped me out over the phone. Explained the process for financing to a tee. Upfront and honest about fees and taxes associated with financing through a income based program. I'm getting my new Samsung 24 ultra because of him. Have been ecstatic for months for this phone. If you want someone that will help you and speak to you as a friend/person. A few years ago I purchased a refurbished iPad for my daughter here. Last night, the tip of the charging cord broke off inside the port :( Took it in this morning and David was able to get the stuck piece out within minutes! Didn't charge me anything! Made my daughter's day! ?
