Very knowledgeable and friendly. Up front about pricing and if you tell them what you're looking to spend, they will look to give you the best deal possible.

My family has 7 phones, both iPhones and Samsung Galaxy. We have not bought a brand new phone since 2021. We buy refurbished phones from The Phone Guys. Their prices are fair and their service is superb. They offer new and used phones and tablets. Try them! The store we use is in Everett, WA.
