“Good clothes, great low prices. Classy and clean. Beats out Goodwill high prices or Value Village. Great cause as they support Domestic Violence Victims!!! You will be surprised I promise!!”

“Edit, January 2024: THANK YOU for bringing back the books, media, and furniture! I was able to find some gifts, and myself a desk I desperately needed!Just a few things more: A coat hook for the bathrooms (had to fold my coat on my purse so it wouldn't touch the floor), maybe bigger toilet seat sheets (no rush), and declogging of the bathroom fan (full of thick dust, getting noisy). And A/C for summertime if you haven't already. I love the place now! And it looks like there are more customers, too, which saves our favorite downtown Goodwill. Thank you!Previous 1 star rating, no longer current: The remodel is a disaster. So much empty floor room around high-end clothing that barely gets any attention. Even before the remodel, I rarely ever saw anyone looking at the black tags. What are you doing, turning it into a boutique? Take it to Colby Ave along with all the other high-end clothing stores (as if downtown Everett doesn't have enough). Goodwill is supposed to be a thrift store with variety. Bad move taking away the furniture, random large items, and the books and movies. You should have chosen to install air conditioning and redo the flooring instead. So many of your longtime, loyal customers that keep you in business were really excited and anticipated to see new flooring and an HVAC system that filters out dust and keeps the place from becoming too sweltering of an environment for customers and workers in the summer. It was the talk of the town, only to have those dreams shattered. Not good for business. It's almost as though totally different owners stepped in, then spent too much money having fun without consideration of what most customers really needed.”

“I am a cashier volunteer for Assistance League and I am really sorry for any of the folks who felt they weren't valued. I myself do give equal value to each customer who shops at our store. We are all in this together and I believe in the golden rule "do unto others as you would have them do unto you! We volunteer at Assistance League because we care. Please don't sling arrows when expressing your opinions. We are from all walks of life and different economic conditions. Some of our volunteers benefited from our School Children's Programs and that's why they came back as adults to be on the other side of the giving. Hope this helps let you all know you ARE valued and we will try harder to take your words to heart.”

“When I'm in the area I'll stop in and see what treasures they have. It's always clean and well organized. Easy to shop. It's not crazy busy and the people are always helpful.”

“An awesome place to shop! There’s fun finds for everyone in here. I found wonderful condition piggy canisters, and the store is named aptly. The prices are garage sale level, and it makes the experience of thrifting just so much more excellent when you can walk out with your wonderful fines for appropriate prices! Plus, friendly service!!”

“I love this place not only because they have cute things at good prices, but they help out the community as well. They help with rental assistance when they have enough funds. So, I only donate here and other places that help the homeless. Great store, would recommend to everyone.”

“Very clean & organized store. VERY. Sizes in clothing are correct on the racks. Shelves of items are cataloged very well. Quite impressive, considering that most stores like this have things out of place eventually. And, of course, prices are reasonable.”

“I have been shopping at Everett Goodwill for years, and I enjoy searching for items needed and fun treasures.Unfortunately, as we all have experience and expressed prices have gone up. But then we take a look at the difficulty in donations and theft.May our community support Goodwill job training.”
