When we picked up the U-Haul there was a rug in the back left by previous customer. We left it there because that is how we picked it up. They then charged us 25$ for leaving it there.

Horrible experience….Tried to find any little reason to upcharge in fees and charged $150 for 1 day of rental.Could of had a retuning customer but decided to be a scammer. SMH.Absolutely 0 stars
