I was at Ulta on 8/19/25, about 4 pm, and I believe the woman’s name was Simi. She was invaluable and took the time to match me. Her makeup was flawless and beautifully done. Simi was so sweet. Great customer service. I hope I got her name right. I’ve always had good experiences at Ulta, but I had to write this review because she was so kind.

Was supppperr nervous to get my haircut done after a year, especially since it was layers. Elizabeth C made my experience absolutely unforgettable though! She was so easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable, and my hair ended up soooo much better than I expected (*^‿^*) she was even able to keep it long which is exactly what I wanted :’> I can’t wait to come back again for Elizabeth! She made the experience worth it!

Stopped in for some mascara and got some friendly help and was pointed to several options available in store. The cashier that helped me was also so friendly! The store was very neat and has a large selection of products.

My and my friends walked in we haven’t came in a year and we were going to buy stuff and all of the workers were following us thete was abt ten of them all surrounding us and we couldn’t pick up anything so we decided to leave and go somewhere else if u are a teen and have a pack back on or pro clubs I would not go to that ulta!!!

Melissa at Ulta in Everett, WA, is absolutely amazing! My daughter went in feeling a bit down, and Melissa worked her magic with the most incredible haircut and style. By the time she was done, my daughter was in tears (happy ones!) because she had forgotten how beautiful she truly is. Melissa’s talent, attention to detail, and kind demeanor made the whole experience unforgettable. Thank you, Melissa, for bringing out her confidence and making her feel so special. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional stylist!

I used to love coming to this location but after not being greeted or even a have a nice day after shopping there I realized how rude these people are. I guess indigenous people are invisible to them. Also there are better locations like the Lake Steven's one or Woodinville.

I had a very confusing transaction due to some miscommunication at a different location but I came to this store to get it straightened out. Bryan was more than helpful, solved my problem and did so with great customer service and made me feel like a valued customer. I hope he’s valued as a team member because he definitely should be!!
