They made it quick and easy they take care of all the paperwork. They informed me about some of their other nicer more expensive cars as you'd expect from a car salesman but they didn't try to pressure me at all they just wanted to help me get what I wanted. “I bought my first car yesterday (a 2015 subaru forester) and had a great experience working with Keith at Kia of Everett. It had been a stressful day of driving around the Seattle area going to different dealerships and looking at various cars. My last stop, and best stop, was Kia of Everett. I loved the car, and Keith was very helpful in answering questions, taking us on a good test drive where I actually got to go up to high enough speeds to test out all the gears (unlike the other dealerships that had us stay on 35 mph roads), and not making me feel rushed at all into making a decision. He was very straight up with me the whole time. He helped me get a great deal and I went home that day very happy and relieved to have had such a good experience. I had a couple additional questions after I had already bought the car, and Keith was very quick/responsive at continuing to help me even after I had already purchased the car. Really solid guy. Everyone else I interacted with at the dealership (the used car manager, the finance people, etc.) were also very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Kia of Everett.”
“You absolutely want to buy your trucks or cars from these guys! After a horrible experience at another dealership, it was a breath of fresh air to buy from them. Justin was friendly, honest, and so helpful. The truck was exactly as described. I even witnessed Justin letting a customer know who was interested in another car, that it needed a battery fixed and wasn't quite ready to sell. So many other dealerships would have sold it not ready and lied. Justin and Broadway are honest and sell good vehicles that they know won't leave someone hanging. There were a few minor things that needed fixed on the truck I bought, and even now a few weeks after purchase they have honored that and have handled fixing them . “John is a miracle worker. I didn't present him with the easiest of deals due to changes in my credit, employment and down payment. And yet, while one or more of these issues were insurmountable at other locations, John was able to get me an offer. A car I wanted and a price I can afford. Even before then, I fully appreciated the approach he took when I first walked in. He was straight forward and honest about what he knew he could deliver. After initial contact, it was very apparent he does his homework and pays full attention to his clients. He was very transparent about the type of cars that could be qualified for and showed in detail what it takes for all 3 parties (bank, dealership, and buyer) to all be happy to make a transaction worker. Never seen the dedication and honesty from a salesman before. It was actually the best car buying experience I've ever had, and John is the reason for that. I can not recommend him enough. “They will take all your money sell you a car that brakes down all the time the first month of owning a car and broke down all the time check engine, light transmission light ABS light every light you can think of was on got it fixed several times more and more problems. Keep happening every month and leaves me stranded. I am in a bunch of negative equity. They jacked the price lied about the condition. And I song a lot of money into the car and it just keeps breaking. I want to trust anybody there. Its very shady business”

An online search brought us to Rodland Toyota. We had never heard about the dealership, but were impressed that they have been family owned for over 100 years!
We really appreciated our salesperson, Marcus - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and super upfront about which cars might be best for our needs (and not). He’s been at this location for 12 years, which says a lot.
We didn’t find the right car on the first visit, and Marcus was appropriately communicative in the waiting period. He alerted us right away when a great car was reduced in price, allowing us to purchase it quickly before other interested folks snapped it up.
We had a great sales process with him; he never pressed hard on optional things that we thought we didn’t need. We also had an excellent experience with two of the folks in finance.
Our car was thoroughly detailed and immaculate at delivery! Even though it was a used car, it truly feels like it’s new.
Everyone we met was nice and low pressure. Of course they want to sell cars, but they never made us feel uncomfortable.
I’m glad we found this dealership. We’ve been to several others in the area and never felt as comfortable as we feel at Rodland Toyota. Totally recommend checking it out, and highly recommend Marcus.”

“Our car is aging and when such things happen, a LOT of mechanical repairs are needed, which gets expensive. Our Service Tech, Corey, has been so kind and transparent throughout the experience. We had a major service done there and when the car was returned to us, the AC wasn’t working as it did when it initially went in. We discussed this issue with Corey, and he made sure his team repaired and got our system working as it did before the maintenance had been done.”
“Bought a Sprinter here today (7/2026). Super casual sales experience ...zero pressure. High mile vehicles are hard to finance, they got it done and fought for lower points. Their inventory was all priced aggressively low. Mostly commercial type/fleet vehicles on the lot. Good place to buy a work truck.”
