Choosing where to take my car always gives me great anxiety, so my wife asked a colleague who immediately recommended Maaco and THANK OZ. “Both the guys who helped me were so incredibly nice. I came in to buy a new battery after jump starting my car and they offered to test my current one first. After the first test they weren’t confident I actually needed a new battery so they told me to let my car run for 30 minutes and then come back. They checked it again and found that it was indeed time to replace the battery. After I bought it they even swapped it out for me and put the anti corrosion grease on it since corrosion was the issue with my previous battery.
Overall just very helpful folks and I appreciate them making sure I truly needed the new battery before I spent a pretty penny on it.”

My sales person was Ryan and though he was younger, he surprised me with excellent listening skills and he addressed each and every one of my questions or concerns with Patience and took the time to never rush me. He also worked late on a Sunday night and special thanks to his sales manager, who was professional and respectful and to the finance manager, who stayed late to sign my Paperwork. “I can’t say enough good things about these folks. From the first phone call to picking up my vehicle, everything was handled professionally and every team member I interacted with was friendly and went above and beyond for me.
I was rear ended and had some damage to my lift gate and bumper. I was able to drop off my car within just a couple days of the accident and Glenda at the front desk helped me navigate contacting insurance and arranging a rental car. She even made me tea while I waited & signed papers.
My car was repaired and returned to me within a week! And when I picked it up I realized they cleaned my floor mats and wiped down my dashboard for me so my interior was extra clean and smelled great when I picked it up. Such a nice touch! They even replaced a turn signal bulb that had gone out free of charge.
These folks truly care about their customers and even though it’s a bit of a drive from where I live, I won’t go anywhere else if I ever need auto repair services. Thank you so much!”

“I can’t recommend this place enough! Another shop gave me a massive quote for ton parts on my 5-year-old car. All I know about cars is how to drive and fill the tank—my dad always handled repairs until recently. But engineering background kicked in and I got suspicious, so I called a Mazda dealer just to get a quote for the replacement of a ton of parts. Mazda told me I was likely being scammed or the car was inspected by a newbie, and they recommended a second opinion.Mazda was completely booked, so I researched online reviews and called around. This place had good reviews, sounded incredibly polite and chill on the phone, so I brought it here. I'm so glad I did. They found the issues (which perfectly matched what Mazda told me), explained everything clearly, and gave me an extremely fair price. The guy here was incredibly respectful and professional. Service was fast, and straightforward. Trust isn't built in one day, but their attitude, service, price, and respectful attitude was excellent.
