“My Honda Civic 2017 was involved in a hit and run. Caliber Collision did an amazing job at repairing everything. The auto body shop had it finished early as well! Very fast and efficient! :) Car is running amazing. Super thankful for Yev. He helped us with the whole process. He knows his job and is super smart. Loved getting regular updates on my cars repairs. There was a problem with my insurance sending in payments for some odd reason during this whole ordeal.. Yev went ahead and took care of everything for us. He made sure that my insurance company would pay up and take care of there end of the bargain. I really appreciate this. Made my headache dissappear today. Thank you all so much for solving my problems with this car. If I could give you all more than 5 stars ? I would. I'll definitely be back if I ever need anything auto body wise.”

“Went over a curb and did something to my muffler. Made an appointment for Tuesday, or so I thought. Brought the car in on Tuesday, and Steve said, "The appointment is for Wednesday, but I'll look at it now." I had knocked the muffler out of position. Steve fixed it in 10 minutes, while I waited. I will definitely be coming back here.”

“After having a deer run into the side of my 2023 Corvette, I was apprehensive about where I could have repairs done by a qualified shop. After doing some research, I settled on Special Interest Auto Body even though they were about 2 hours away from me. I've heard horror stories of shops taking vehicles for joy rides, so photo'd the mileage while parked at the front of their shop. They did a nice job of color matching a difficult 3-stage red, and after tire replacement and alignment, only put one mile on the car. Not the cheapest shop around, but as they say, "you get what you pay for". If you've got a "special interest" car, this is the place to go.”

“I have frequently gone to this O'Reilly Auto Parts store on Broadway in the past, and I've always gotten good products and service. I'm writing a review now because the other day I went there and got more great service from an employee named Justin. Both of my windshield wiper blades were old and worn, and one of them was even splitting and partly hanging loose. On previous cars I've owned, it was easy for me to just squeeze a clip and slide out the old rubber blades, and just replace those. But for my current car, I couldn't figure out how to do that. I'm no car mechanic, but it seemed like maybe with this car you would have to replace not just the rubber blade, but the entire blade assembly. Justin came outside to my car and looked at the wiper blades. He verified that it did seem like the whole blade assembly would need to be replaced. Then we went back inside and he displayed on his computer all of the candidate wiper blades I could buy for my car. He discussed with me all the different prices, and all the different blade assembly characteristics. My car is 25 years old, and we settled on a less expensive option that he thought (from experience) was actually a good performing blade. Then he actually came outside with me again and installed the two new wiper blades for me!! This service seems like the kind of "above and beyond" service that make me want to go back to a place again and again, and to recommend them to other people. I commend O'Reilly's for allowing their employees to go the extra mile for their customers like this.”

“Took my 2022 Hyundai Kona in after hitting a tire tread from a semi on the freeway. Needed the front bumper and the radar replaced. All the staff are very friendly. Carrie helped arrange a rental car for me. They sent a text with a link so I could see updates. Brandon also called a few times with updates. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. My car was washed and delivered to me when I arrived for pick up. I was also able to easily drop off my rental there too. My car looks and drives perfectly. Good experience overall.”

“Had rough idle issues with my Mazda, used code reader and it said cylinder 2 misfire. Called and they told me what to do, if it was a bad coil pack or bad plug. Swapped coil packs between cylinders 2 and 3 and had the same 2 cylinder miss fire, turned out to be a failed plug. 15 dollar fix compared to 70. They are great and now my go to part store. Awesome people.”

“Made my older Benz look new again!For the previous eight months my poor car sat under a cottonwood tree, all the while getting completely covered in sap and debris. I couldn't for the life of me get any of it to come off, but Advanced Auto Reconditioning got all of it off and made my paint look great! I didn't think my car could look this nice again. I never would have found them if not for Google, since they are hidden behind a dealership and not visible from the road.Do note that I swapped the front bumper and wheels the day before I dropped it off, but everything else was their handiwork.”

Took the radiator out that had cracked and replaced it with a new one on short notice and did run into some unexpected labor since it did not fit correctly yet didn't charge me for it.
